Yeah yeah, I was mostly referring to the 9 minutes after half that the game was really starting to become less dominated by GPS. But you must admit that it was a good match. Ooltewah finally woke up and realized what was happening, unfortunately they were 40 minutes late.

Keep in mind the Ooltewah/GPS game was cut short by 30 minutes. All the players were extremely disappointed---it was a very even game.

I'm not sure I agree with a lot of them, either.

It was actually Ooltewah 0 Baylor 3 Ooltewah held them very well though.

i've played on turf fields before... personally, I like it a lot. Its one less thing to worry about, which would be nice at Finley!

This isn't really a story, but you definitely should talk about how common it is for female soccer players to tear their ACL. It's a very serious, and frighteningly common, injury in the sport. Especially with girls.

Ooltewah only lost 1 senior... They'll probably be pretty similar to what they were in '04.

Anybody know who gave Shelbyville permission to put up the signs? I'm a member of the owls soccer team and I know that that act^ was very surprising to us and the eaglettes stretching on our center circle was, too. They ended up being things that drove the Owls to play that much harder, in my opinion. Both teams played very well and with a lot of heart, however I'm obviously siding with Ooltewah on this one---they're just signs. Good luck in the future to the members of both teams.
