  1. Hampton, have you heard if Lord Vader and Alliance 34 got banned? I know they used some pretty bad language on a thread that got completely deleted. I hope for the Alliance's sake, that these guys can still post. We need them. I wish they would have been more careful with the language.
  2. Shady Valley is a beautiful place. I wouldn't associate the Creek with Shady Valley. Shady Valley is like a Beautiful house built in the late 1800's and Stoney Creek is the out house that the family has to use. And I don't mean to get off the subject of football, but if anybody fishes, I wouldn't go to Stoney Creek. I went up there to fish a few years back and every creek bank was full of garbage with green ooze running into the creek. /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="
  3. You are an embarrassment to the bulldog nation. Why don't you move to the creek. Your user name is better suited for a Unaka poster.
  4. Ok, Yoakum, you didn't have to give your daily duties on coacht. Its amazing how people just go off the deep end and tell their life's story. Hilarious. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> You'll win some games as long as you keep scheduling King's Academy. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  5. Ok Jody. /laugh.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> I'm going to go real slow so you can understand. Coach Yoakum signed his name at the end of one of his posts last year. Thats not hard to decipher. Second, my original screen name was banned last year during basketball season because of a fued with the Creekers. What can I say? I guess I'm just bad. /blush.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="blush.gif" /> Third, if I was willing to take a BIG pay cut, I would out coach anyone on your staff. Fourth, No one could ever be ashamed to be a Lander, because overall we've had one of the winningest programs in the state and we have stock piles of regional championships and a silver ball in our trophy case. Does Cosby have any? NO. And Fifth, if we are ten years behind the rest of the world, I wouldn't be on the internet right now typing all of this. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> OHHHH myyy!! How hard it is to be humble. Whooooooooo!! /ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" /> Now Jody, you study this post real close. I know it may go over your head, but thats only because your 5'4. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  6. The way I see it, a man would be rich if he bet on Hampton. Stoney Creek football just don't measure up to the power of the Big Blue Alliance. I'm going with Hampton in a blow out 45-0. Normally, I don't pick blowouts but the fact that it is only the creekers, I can go to sleep at night knowing without a doubt that Unaka won't be any trouble at all. Unaka's offense is uneducated. They will be unable to move the ball resulting in losing the field position game. Hampton will have a short field most of the night and run roughshod into the end zone. I'm looking forward to it. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  7. I just want to say that I've had my differences with Pujo, but I consider him a friend who has a big heart and a tremendous understanding of work ethic. Just look at his boys. Their studs. They would beat any kid their age in this county at arm wrestling. Thats because he's instilled in them a work ethic. I now look at Cloudland and Hampton as a family with the exception of one week. Wherever his boys decide to play (as long as it ain't the creek /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=" ) they will have my support. I also like little Mike and wish him the best. He can really go somewhere. For a long time, I hated Lunsford for leaving Cloudland, but that was only because he was so good. I was worried about the future of Cloudland but I believe now we are in good hands. So with that being said, we don't need Hampton fans in division. Lets come together against the Creekers.
  8. You see Yoakum, that is why Cosby will never amount to anything. Here you are in the position of a teacher and talking trash on the internet. Another example of the barbaric behavior that will doom Cosby of ever being a winning program. And if you think you are going to get us next year or the next seven for that matter, you better think again. Cloudland is loaded all the way down to 5th grade. You can't beat us. Our coaches are better. (They don't spend ANY time on here) and our athletes are superior. Maybe you need to move out of your mom's bedroom. That seems to be an ongoing problem at Cosby. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  9. I'm glad this has stayed clean. Without sportiemom's tirade's, I believe this website will be clean. I think the Creeker's are slowly learning civilization. /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />
  10. I've also heard good things about the Mitchell QB. It will be a tough test for our Landers.
  11. I can't help that your team is too pitiful to make catches and tackles. That is part of the game. The better team is the Cloudland Highlanders. We dominated you on both sides of the ball. If your team can't tackle and catch, then you must be a pitiful coach and I would say that to your face. You don't want no more of Cloudland pal. My advice to you is go back to practice and get better and not spend so much time on here. Whooooooooo!! /ohmy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" />
  12. Now here you are making excuses about having a bad night. Cloudland just took you to the woodshed. You were dominated on both sides of the ball on your home field. I always told you before, 9 out of 10 years, Cloudland would beat Cosby. All I have to say to Jellico is watch out for the dirty play of #85. If you get ahead, he will try to injure anyone he can.
  13. I agree. I used to be really bad about putting Cloudland on a pedestal. Now, I'm just trying to be like my brother posters on here. Some of the arrogant things I've read in the paper have been unbelievable. Campbell even had the gall to say that Unicoi was the last major hurdle this season. Last week, he bragged how lil Mike was a better QB than Jellico's QB. Don't get me wrong, I hope Hampton destroys Unaka, but when they come to Cloudland, I hope they feel like they are not going to have a "hurdle" to jump over. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />
  14. This will be a good game for the Landers to get better if they can come out with few injuries. The Mountaineers defense is very physical. They are a little more sound than Avery. I know that we are the underdog, but we need to play these types of games to get better physically. In my opinion, Mitchell would match up well with Hampton. This will be a good measuring stick as to where Cloudland is right now as a team. I don't think we can win, but I think it will be more of a fight than most people would think.
  15. I agree the Cumberland gap fans are about as uncivilized as "The Hills have Eyes". /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> But the Oneida fans did a lot more bragging on coacht this week. Eat the crow and move on.
  16. I know many Hampton fans are upset because they are not blowing the area teams out this year. Maybe the competition is catching up, or maybe Hampton don't have the play makers they had last year. I'm telling you, Hampton fans are expecting too much. My suggestion is get behind this team and get them to play like an underdog. Teams that used to lay down are hitting people in the mouth. I saw a quote in the paper by a Hampton player that Unicoi was the last major hurdle. With that mentality, Hampton will get beat before the end of the season and will exit early in the playoffs. As much as I hate Unaka, Hampton better come ready to play on both sides of the ball or it will be upset city. /roflolk.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflolk:" border="0" alt="roflolk.gif" />
  17. It would be better if you had internet coverage of Cloudland and Hampton games. Those are the teams that people want to see. They want to see the best.
  18. Good post, Alliance. I believe the good Lord meant it to be that way. Hampton and Cloudland are class programs that put the emphasis on team. Its never been about individuals. I think the people as a whole would rather see Cloudland or Hampton atop the region and they have been since 1998. We have dominated almost a whole decade and I believe that will continue. The shift of power is going back to Cloudland, but as long as Lunsford and Campbell are running the show, Hampton will stay in the top two forever. We need these two programs to represent our county as chaaaaaaaampiooooooons whoooooooooooo!!
  19. Because the only teams that matter are Cloudland and Hampton.
  20. Yes, I know that connection and it was a good one, but I've seen tougher and better come out of Hampton.
  21. You must be a young guy. Hampton has had a lot of great players that I could name from 1990 on up and so has Cloudland. Maybe Tommy Sams from Happy Valley. I can't think of anyone up on the creek.
  22. Cut the hair and it might free up the brain cells!!
  23. Not a chance pal. Cloudland is going to dominate. If you think that Chuckey Doak is going to come to Cloudland and run and throw all over them, then you're badly mistaken. Cloudland wins 30-12.
  24. Cloudland will beat Chuckey-Doak worse than that. I look for Cloudland to win 30-12 because we have a little better defense and more skill on offense. Right now, barring injuries, Cloudland is probably the number 2 team in the region and that is a big jump from being a cellar dweller a year ago. Foreveranole, pujo, blueandgold, and landers91....I was at the freshman game last night. I left at halftime, but I saw some hard hitting out of our freshman. They were hitting David Crockett in the mouth. Cloudland was leading 13-10 at the half and the only reason it was close is Cloudland lost their starting QB, Josh Cordell. He may have a concussion. I don't know for sure, but he took a heck of a lick. Anyway, I like the future of Cloudland football. We have some young players that will knock some heads. Thats great. There were Crockett players laying all over the field.
