This should be a great game. Every time these two teams play it is a battle. Homefield will be nice for the patriots but it really doesn't matter in this rivalry. Both teams have great keepers, edge going to CSAS. I think whoever controls the midfield will prevail. I am saying CSAS 1-0

The Patriots should be prepared for a deep run. Their region is going to be tough with Notre Dame and CCS, but they only lost two players and should be eager to go farther than last year.

This was a good game and CSAS played a very good game, they out played Soddy all of the first half and still played a little better in the second half. Soddy has a good young team and will get better as the season goes on.

Daniel Fagins isn't even the best player on his own team, Daniel Tackling is better than him. Derek Wieldrayyer from CCS is one of the most talented player in the city. He is a dangerous player whatever position he plays.

I think Soddy has a chance to be a good team this year. They lost a lot of seniors, but they a core of good players. Zac Copp is a good player in the middle for them.

Hixson has a good team and some dangerous players in Drew Miller and Kevin Rose. CSAS beat them 2-0 last year in the tournament and 3-0 in the regular season. This should be a good game and might be a preview of a possible district final.

Adam Wright - Freshman - Forward

Notre Dame is very good with Robby Miller in goal. he is one of the best in the state. their defense is strong and it will be hard to created dangerous chances. they are very good in the air and Robby Miller will eat crosses up. their midfield is strong with Chris Rado, a talented player and Nick Kidd starting. They have two sets of forwards and they sub them out at the 20 min mark. one group is fast with Lex Gaddis and Mack Lassister #23. Mack is strong in the air and had a hat trick last game. The other pair of forwards are bigger more possesion type forwards with David Methany and Michael Moore. I hope you defense is good on crosses because the games I have been to they have scored most of thier goals of crosses, corners and set pieces.

What is up with Sweetwater, they beat Grace 2-0 and then lose 7-0 to Boyd Buchanon and lose to Hixson 3-2. I know Boyd is third in the state and Hixson has a few good players, but is Sweetwater just a toss of the coin to how they are going to play.

Kevin Abell is very good for a freshman. However I think Evan Townsend for Notre Dame is the best defender on the team. This kid is a great defender and will do anything to stop the defender. He goes up his body at least three times a game. Their whole defense is good and they play well as a group.

I think this might be the game that notre dame gets scored on. McCallie played bad against Baylor and should come out hard this game. I think Notre Dame will still prevail 2-1 because they have a very dangerous offense and they are the better team.
