I agree with the majority of your Baylor- Franklin matchups, but I believe you might be selling the Baylor heavy weight a little short. It would be a war, but the Baylor heavy is in extremely good shape, learning every day and mean as a snake. I do not see a pin here, and it could very well go the other way. I guess we will never know.

We had a kid get called for a slam at 189 sat night and of course gordon let him take the easy win. the call was bad by the ref and even worse by Gordon. Way to go. Also glad that Baylor could win both of their two chances when they counted. glad we dont have to wrestle them again because gordon says we are out of wins

Jim Morgan and Baylors philosophy is to wrestle the best. The Notre Dame Match is usually held the saturday after the McCallie match. Maybe he thought that Notre Dame would be a tougher opponent than MCCallie. He also does not believe in scheduling matches early in the week at 7:00. He thinks that kids need time to practice as well as study, this may have been the only time for the match Baylor wins both easily but some close matches
