This is a farely even match. i dont think that either team will blow the other out of the game. it will be a close one, that comes down to the 4th quater. but i think the eagles come out with the hard earned victory.

Oakdale has just beat Sunbright tonight. It just seemed that Oakdale wanted it more than Sunbright. Oakdale played a fast paced game and it seemed that Sunbright just couldnt keep up. Go Eagles. thumb

Coalfield beat Oakdale by like 15 or so. Oakdale didnt play well tonight at all. They didnt run their offense very much. turned the ball over a lot. took terrible shots (mostly Tyler Johnson), and let Coalfield drive in the paint all night. Don't get me wrong Coalfield has a good team but i think that Oakdale could have won the game or made it a lot closer of a game if they would have slowed things down a little bit.

I Think this will be a great game. Oakdale is doing a lot better than it has in recent years, and Coalfield isnt as good as they were last year but are still good. But i think Oakdale pulls out a close Victory. this game will be decided by 10 pts or less i think.

OK so Oakdales 2 game win streak is over now, it wasnt a blowout. i mean its hard to win a game when its 8 on 5 (3 refs). And even though it was 8 on 5 Oakdale only lost by like 10 pts. Oakdale played very bad in the 1st half but improved some in the 2nd half to make it a close game. I guess the Eagles will have to start a new win streak after christmas break, who knows their district is crazy anyone can beat anyone on any given night.

Well Oakdale has beaten both of these teams but i think Oneida wins by 15 or less.

Just so everyone knows Oakdale beat Midway in a scrimmage over the summer. So it can be done. Never say Never. I think if Oakdale plays their game and not Midways they will win and keep their streak going. Good Luck Eagles.

Oakdale has beaten Grace Christian Thursday and then Jellico Friday. Their next game is Tuesday at Midway. Maybe Oakdale can win 3 straight? ? ?

Oakdale beat Grace Christian tonight by 2. Freshman Gibson is really stepping up for the Eagles so far. thats 2 wins for the Eagles so far. Good luck eagles. thumb

Oakdale played better than ne one expected i think. That was one of the best games ive seen in a while. went into overtime and oakdale got a bad call, and shouldve got the ball but the refs made a mistake and gave harriman the ball with like 30 sec. left in the game. but if oakdale would have rebounded more it would have never went into overtime.

Harriman beat Oakdale by like 1 or 2 in overtime. it was a very good game. look forward to there next meeting.

Oakdale is 1-1 in the district so they will put up a tough game against Harriman Tuesday. i dont know very much about Harriman except they are fast.

I can't wait for the Oakdale--Coalfield game this year. It will be interesting to see who wins it.

Yeah so maybe the Tigers are better than the Eagles, but it was no "fluck" or fluke you mean maybe that the Eagles beat Oneida. Oakdale played a great game that night. They played no where close to that against Rockwood. Oakdale just doesn't have the players like Rockwood. But never count Oakdale out of any game. Anything can happen. good luck Eagles. thumb
