Glad to be back in the great state of Tennessee for this game! Should be a GREAT game, I can't wait to see it...Hampton looks tough this year, but we're pretty tough too! Rematch from last year, just on different turf, hopefully the outcome of the game will be different this year...GO JACKETS

To the Coalfield team...Im still stuck down here in Texas guys! I won't be able to be there to see the Midway game, so you guys need to take care of business this Friday so I can see the 3rd round game. Play physical like you know how, hold on to the ball, and you should have no problems...I'll be back on Monday, so I'll definately be there to see you guys in the 3rd round fair enough?

Really wish i could be there for this game, but i'd have to say Coalfield 28 Harriman 21...Harriman will have their usual big plays, but nothing the Jackets can't take care of. Coalfield wins in the trenches and wears Harriman down in the 4th quarter

Another regional win under Coalfield's belt after this Friday...

Definately Region 2...Coalfield, Oneida, Greenback, Midway, Sunbright, Oakdale, and Harriman.

Yeah me, Chase, and Chris are. We plan to work out there until they close it down on July 30th.

I think that Wartburg and Sunbright should also have a lift-a-thon.

So Seth will be running back and Justin Goodman will be fullback? Or Seth at fullback and Barnes at running back?

Do you plan on doing it like last year with 2 seniors from each team or what? I'll try and think of some ideas and let you know.

Practice starts in a week and a half...Everyone excited? Oh yeah and Brian, are we the only morgan county school doing a lift-a-thon this year?

Coalfield- Chris Coker, Dustin Carroll, Benjamin Duncan, Ryan Carson, and Brandon Davis are all getting 300 or more.

Record with the footall players back is 1-0, they go to Midway tonight. Yes Steven Hensley is playing this year, and the starting lineup is: Steven Gunter, Steven Hensley, Michael Paul Gilbert, Matt Jackson, and Jamie Meadors.

I just want to say that our Coalfield boys are on track to have a heck of a team this year. First game back for all the football players, so it was a little slower than usual, but an overall good game. Steven Gunter was all over the court tonight and played an awesome game. Steven Hensley and MPG made great plays as well, give these guys a week of practice and a few games under their belt, and they will be unstoppable. Jaime Meadors also played a good game underneath. You really can't say enough about Steven, Steven, and Michael Paul though!

I can't wait to see this game Friday at the Boro. Our coaches decided to get us a bus and take us (Coalfield) down to watch the game, it should be a good experience for our whole team.
