Yall probably want agree with me but I think this will not be close. I think MC has more speed and that usely makes the difference in the ball game. MC needs to get wellS,rankin,corpeio,bailey,and gibbs plenty of opportunities to make plays and I think if they do that then MC will get the win in another sequatchie beat down lol. My prediction = MARION COUNTY 35 SEQUATCHIE 7 . GO MC

This could be a really really good defensive game then. Marion's Offense is having trouble getting on track this year, but the D for the most part is doing a pretty good job. Grundy had some yards on us, but they scored after a turnover on the marion 10 and took them 4 downs to score. The second TD was scored with a bunch of clean white jerseys in. The defense has held up its end of the bargin all year, waiting for the offense to catch up. The QB is still strugging with his reads in the offense after 4 games. Bout time to pick it up...........This may be game where one who capitalizes on turnovers will win. Old Pirate says the QB capable against SP and is a senior that should continue to git better. OP says he was the most successful player on the field against the Pirates. What has changed? You know old pirate from the way you talk id say we gained some respect from yall. lol I think that if our o line continues to get better as they showed against grungy then MC should win by several tds. Our D will hold seq all night and our O will have a coming out party after finally comeing to gether. Good luck MC I love seen a good old sequatchie whoooooopin lol

I do not think that sp or seq are that good and Im figureing that if they beat grundy that bad then MC should do the same. Mc has a lot of weapons to go to, if there line has improved as I have heard, then this could get ugly fast. My prediction MC 42 Grungy 0 GO MC!!! You don't think South Pittsburg is that good?? Dude. DL. Well i mean if MC sucks and isn't any good then sp isn't either because if Mc would have made a few more plays on Offense they would have won fairly easy. Im just stateing the facts. Oh yea I am the Ambassador of many things including BigJ. 11 penalties to 4, did Marion-Jasper get cheated? Is that what you are saying BigJ? It looked like Marion-Jasper got saved a couple of times from penalties as well. It's bad that BigJ feels kind of slighted by the refs. Now you know how SP felt in 2005 when Marion-Jasper won 13-12 and never scored the 2nd touchdown on 4th and goal that they were awarded. It stinks to feel that way doesn't it? Marion-Jasper got what they were after in this game. They got a moral victory of staying within 2 touchdowns of the small school from down the road. Congratulations on your accomplishment and the continuation of your losing streak to SP. It's not going to get any better anytime soon either BigJ. I hope Marion-Jasper wins the rest of their games. I am hoping they beat Signal Mountain or they might get left out of the playoffs altogether this season. I think you have a nice group of seniors that deserve to make the playoffs so I do hope you beat Signal and make it for those guys. Ha who says yall are gonna beat signal. From what I have seen that sp team has a lot of work to do. If we would have been a good offensive football team we would have had yall 21 0 in the first quarter. We had plenty of opportunites to beat yall but we didn't, but u better win the rest of your games if u want to win the region cause I think MC and signal will be in the mix if u don't. You guys get off your high hourse and realize yall suck as bad as we do. We are a real bad team from what yall have said all of last weak and from what I saw yall are just as bad.hahahahhahahaha GO MC get ready for the rest of ur season and win out and see what happens.

Well hats off to sp yall played a decent game. I think both teams were fairly evenly matched. Like zp said the big boys would decide this game and our O line sucks. We had way to many chances to score and just threw them away.

Weren't too long back yous were the one who was posting all of them predictions. OP hadn't posted any jest yet. OP would like to make sures that bus don't break down. Least ways we all should proud, recon them Tiger folkes didn't want to compete with this here feud that is goin to take place ToNight in Jasvegas. No lie man. In our first two games we have had like 7 tds called back. Over half of those were lets just say not very good calls. I hope the refs let the boys play as long as there are no cheap shots by either team.

That is pretty much what I am saying..............Marion has to play way better than it has the first two games and can't turn it over. There is also a difference in speed and speed with quickness. Gibbs and Wells are more power runners and I think Sp needs to see a good dose of Wells on friday night. Corpio has that quickness and jukeability that about 10 pirates have. That is the thing right there. I don't care how many practices you have been to, you can't simulate that stuff in practice.............and we can't match SP athlete for athlete............sorry Well from what i have seen and heard this week this has been one of MC's best weeks of practice all year. We shall see if sp has that much speed and quickness. Sorry man its just hard for me to believe that u can graduate all these great players year after year and still have guys that can be mr footballs. I guess we will find out friday. Good luck MC

OP if MC beats pit i want let u live it down. Ill will bother u every time u get on here until they kick me off thats a promise. You have talked so much junk and pirate mike as well. Yall need to realize ur team is young and going in to a environment like they will be in friday will be hard for them to grasp.

There are, in my opinion, several keys for each team in this game if they hope to win. MCHS: 1) Line play....in order for Mc to have a chance against the pirates, our line has to dominate the line of scrimmage. We haven't faced a line like SP, but we must take it to the fourth quarter and allow our line to wear down the pirates. 2) Can we get pressure on Terrell?? That is the big question. We can't match up with SP's recievers, therefore we need to chase and get pressure on the QB where he doesn't have time to find open guys. 3) Can we make it an 'ugly' game? Best defense of SP's offense.................keep them off the field. Can we move the ball consistantly on SP's D? Three yards and a cloud of dust is all that it takes. 4) We can't give up the big plays, or cheap scores, nor turn it over. We can't go score for score with the pirates, it has to be low scoring. 5)Force turnovers. Pirates: 1) Disrupt the veer. Force MC to beat them with the pass. 2) Score Quickly, the quicker sp scores, the more MC will be playing catch up. Quicker the better. Make it a high scoring game, MC can't keep up. 3) Give Terrell time, and he will find open recievers. Spread em out, get malcom and jujaun some mismatches. 4) Protect the ball I am sure that both teams have been working hard, but we are less than two days away now. I can already hear the band playing the espn song......................prediction coming tomorrow........ Ok so what u are sayin is that gibs corpeio nick trey are slow? I mean they all run sub 4-4 forties I thought corpeio almost out ran malcom in that race at the jamboree and he is not our fastest man. I mean thats pretty dang fast. I have question for the sp fans. Do yall think we are slow? Are we small? I just want to know where yall get these predictions? These are not predictions that we have. These are facts. We just go by the last 3 years. How one sided can a rivalry get? Yall are not the slowest team but compared to SP yes you are slow. Im sorry if that makes you mad but its the truth, and you will see it on the field just like the last 3 years you have seen it on the field! I read in the paper where it said the score from the last 3 years is something like 140 something to 30 something the last 3 years. I dont know the exact numbers, but I think that speaks for itself. One day you will beat SP again with the good coaching staff yall have in place. Just dont have the players right now to do it. Not this year. SP will win big. Dont bring the whistle because you will not need it. I will make my prediction later. There yall go talkin bout last year. We quit last year and thats why yall beat us so bad.
