Who knows ? Ma x pre ps is the only statistics I know of and only a handful of teams report to it . Cant recall the kid or the team but 6 is the leader and I'm sure someone across this state has more than that

If Greeneville and Greene Co had one team like so many other counties can you imagine what a baseball team ... college level players would be hard pressed to hold down a starting job . Definitely have some dandy baseball players in this area

Me either pal .. been that way for a few weeks now . We are the luckiest 10-3 team around . This bunch should be pounding teams but errors and lack of timely hits have prevented that .

I'll keep it short and sweet .... we are winning but it is not a thing of beauty by no means . Sometimes a spanking does a team good and if the rebels don't get it together quick I'm afraid there is one coming in the very near future

Sg has got to get it together very soon or its gonna bite em where it hurts . Too inconsistent in the field . Devil I misinterpreted your post about Sg/Grainger series . We really would appreciate you all to blow one of these conference games before we play y'all

Devil we already played Grainger and split with them . UNICoI has kinda had our number over the past few years and I think they really wanted the w and i know Logan wanted to stay in . I didn't really like the number of pitches either but he is a tough kid and he is fine

we will see how good he is a little later in the week I'm sure .

Grizzly look at the upside to that . Even in Graingers off years you guys are still pretty good . Id say nobody challenges you all next year

Personally I think pre season predictions will hold up and it will come down to Sg and Greeneville . Sg goofed against Grainger in the opening game but seem to be on track since then . I was impressed with Chuckey doaks performance in their two losses to Sg . I think it is a toss up for 3rd between them and Grainger . I hadn't got to see Greeneville this year but I know those young men and they are a good baseball team . It will take everyones "a" game to beat them . As far as individually painter is hammering it for cd, Collins is pitching great for Sg and Baxley is hitting the long ball. Rambo and Lobrillo are doing exactly what was expected of them for Greeneville I hear . Wg has picked up a few wins I hear also

Rebels got it together today after shaking the bugs loose yesterday . Collins was absolutely ace on the mound and baxley hit two homers . Agreed respect the game much more like what was expected of them ... how about Greeneville and cd games ?

I think so too but Lobrillo has spent a lot of time on the mound the last couple of years and has turned out to be a pretty good pitcher .

I think Sg has had to cancel a couple scrimmages due to weather and they just got the basketball guys back . Gotta lot of work to do this week to get everybodys timing tuned in . Devil does Ogle still play baseball ? He used to be a pretty good pitcherwhen these guys were younger

I think he did go back to cd but has moved back to wg recently . Not sure why but thats irrelevant I guess . I don't think his hand will be healed to play this year and don't know the status on his eligibility . And to clarify this I heard this from a cd parent so I don't know this to be fact , its just what I heard . He is one heck of a outfielder

I hadn't heard any more about lightfoot . I did hear that Coleman will be at North Greene next year or maybe already is .

I will share a little of my cd knowledge ... they are hurting on the mound this year with the transfer of Collins and the graduation of storm . Also feezel is not playing ( I think he is at wg nursing a broken hand) . And painter has had injury problems haunting him for years . Thats a shame cause he is a dandy ballplayer . Part 2 . Greeneville is loaded , return the entire team with the exception of everHart plus the ball kid who transferred from wg . They will be tough ! Grainger is very well coached and are baseball rich in tradition . Sg has 7 seniors and a field full of veterans . Wg may have a long year but who knows for sure ... so now I have expanded on my knowledge of this conference a little cd fan . I think if you have done your homework you will agree I'm rite on the money with everything . Cant touch base on Claiborne or Cumberland gap because I just don't know anything about em

Uh... ok I figured thats kinda what we would have to do . These boards are to kinda talk about the season predictions , our teams we are pulling for and to express what we know . So try to conversate if you like in a respectable way . And for your info I been around the Greene Co kids for including your cd boys you've mentioned except for Smith and cash so I know very well what cd and i personally don't see them competing with Greeneville or south Greene . As far as Grainger they have always had a excellent baseball program and play a lot of underclassmen in non conference games so they are always ready for the next season . They lost their ace but they will have more I'm sure . I'm not gonna have a pissing match on this subject . Gage was on the team with the 5 Sg players and starnes from wg that went to Fla a couple years ago . Painter was injured and didn't participate by the way .

My goodness cd fan whats got you all tore up ? Someone asked who the top players in Greene Co were and I called some names . The players I mentioned are returning all conference players and some 4 year starters . If you had another opinion you could just respond to the person who asked it ......... just a thought cd player lol
