A team is only as good as its lineman . Shuffler and lightfoot are quick and good athletes . If they can get a block or two along the way they will score some points . The rebels are really young and inexperienced , its gonna take time and snaps to get better . Just keep working rebs

They are young and lost pretty much everybody . The entire o line , the backfield , and both receivers . Defensively pretty much the same , everybody graduated except for Waddell at safety some of the year . This is the rebuilding year everyone was predicting last year and that prediction was made by people who just read the Saturday morning paper

I was referring to you saying its odd a single a player can make the coaches overall list but doesn't make the sports writers list when its broken into classification . Bailey from North Greene made the coaches list but didn't make the single a sports writers poll . Just seems odd ... don't it ?

I told everyone last year the rebels were not in a rebuilding year and would be better than expected . Had the athletes they just shuffled em around and they surprised a lot of people . I don't know about all that . I would say a good description of Dalton is he was a nifty little back with good speed , smart and makes good cuts and sees the holes well . He would fit nicely into most programs in 3a or 4a being the feature back in some and not the feature back in others . but hey he had a great career , signed a nice scholarship and it was fun watching him . Congratulations
