  1. That is good to here. What is up with Browning when will he be back. I know it it is his senior and all but you have to look at the long term with this injury.
  2. How did the scrimmage go yesterday. Is that coach back (I think his name is cox). Why in the world would they bring him back for he has no clue ( I would say something other but not on coach T) about football but mess this up. Did he take Pate's place if so then the best part of the defense will be screwed up. O well.
  3. To me Browning is not what everyone think he is. I saw the Central game last year and the OR game and went to the last Ooltewah game and it was a big difference in him in those games. Last year team had 4 or 5 good receivers along with the running backs. I really do not think Lee is a QB at all. I thought the kid 2 or 3 years ago was a good moblie QB for the spread offensive (Larence or something). I will probably get hit for making that commit but sorry.
  4. From a few games I saw last year Farragut does not go both ways with there players do they. You hate to see a injury to a player like Browning or any player for that matter because it takes so long to get over it plus when you come back to play it is on your mind. If that o-line is struggling like people say it could be a longer year for him and the two running backs.
  5. The first game of the year will be a huge test for Farragut and will predict there season. If Browning does come back for the first game he will have to get the rust knocked of him and it will happen real quick if that o-line is not ready. This could be a long year for Farragut even with all the running backs and wide receivers they have. If you can't block you can't run the ball.
  6. How good will Farragut's football team be this year in 2009.
  7. I guess Farragut does not have much to say about this scrimmage. What is wrong with Van Dyne wasn't he playing QB with Browning is out.
  8. Make sure they tell #36 Smith to stays home or hope he over sleeps or somerthing.
  9. From what I have heard and read and saw a few game Farragut has always had good players just nothing to help them get better and stay hungary throughout the year. Starpower were you not the one a few years ago talking about the coaching staff and how bad they were at Farragut etc, etc. I have nothing against there head coach (I don't even know his name) it is what he has around him. I saw a few games last year like the OR game. UGLY offensely
  10. "Alcoa is your typical 2A team." NOT.... Tpoole12, I believe you meant to say "They are NOT the typical 2A team? They started the season with 94 kids but have dropped off to about 80, give or take a few. So, yes they have more to choose from that most 5A & 6A teams. But that goes to show you success breeds success. The more you win, the more people want to be involved. You are 100% correct my friend.... tpoole12 You hit the MAGIC word WELL COACHED FOOTBALL TEAM. It would not matter what region Aloca played in they would still be a very good football team. Thats why Aloca wins state champship Farragut has never won one OR never been there. Good luck to both teams.
  11. : Not saying they don't. But this year not to good. I guess that's is why Gibson had about 20 tackles from his FS and got hurt in that game. I really don't think the Ooltewah scrimmage will help them much if they can not get past a 2-A school that put it on a 6-A school. LONG YEAR.
  12. Farragut will have a long year this year. They have really NO offense of line. They have brought up a freshman to help out and see what he can do good player and good size for a freshman. The defense line looks good but if someone gets hurt it will be a problem linebackers need ALOTof work. This could REALLY be a long season for Farragut. Ooltewah this week will be very interesting to see.
