If Ryan wins out, they would finish third, BA fourth, Baylor fifth. The outcome of the BA-Ensworth wouldn't effect the standings if Ryan wins out.

I'm going with Baylor here in a close one. Porter goes for 200.

I don't remember the score of the Ryan-BA game but by all accounts, Ryan physically dominated the Eagles. If someone disagrees then keep me honest. Since that game, I'm sure the Eagles have improved. But it would take a real homer to think they are better now than the team that beat them up, down and all around The Gennacosa Dome.

Its closer than you think. The gritty gutty Eagles have gotten off the mat and played their hearts out recently. The gap between the Irish and Eagles has gotten smaller since they played.

Another valiant effort, Wes, but Father Ryan is better than Brentwood Academy. Scoreboard says so.

No hate here, Big Dog. All I have ever said is that BAs talent is down this year (my amateur opinion), folks know they can't live on reputation (Father Ryan, The Tennessean newspaper), that they are well prepared and fight like heck. And this hits a nerve, I guess? My apologies.

Ranking this division after EHS and MBA is an ambitious undertaking! I think the jury is still out on 3 through 8...

I don't know anything about Science Hill, other than what I can piece together from the scores and game stories, but I do know Div II. And my prediction here is Science Hill hangs around early, figures out it can win at some point and wins. The BA kids play with a lot of passion and are coached up, but it only goes so far. This is not the type of team that can just show up and win anymore. Not even close.

I have absolutely nothing bad to say about BA! They had a great game plan and played their hearts out, but didn't have any bullets left in the chamber by Q4. Great days ahead for the Eagles, they will eventually turn this thing around. A winning record is a real possibility.

Great game. Hats off to both teams. MBA is for real. And credit Brentwood Academy for the hot start and almost win. You had to think MBA was going to turn it on at some point and win, but what the BA kids lack in talent, they are making up with heart and hustle.
