I will have to argue with you on this one. I have no fancy photo but "The Brickyard" back in the day was the place to be with gville being a very close second. If MC does make it I suggest going to the south end zone go up on the hill and holla Richard Pryor and someone will bring you a beverage freshly brewed from the hills. Very nice people and some really good food. Love to see this match up. I know gville would like another shot at a Wallace and the Giles coaching staff. Yeah I hate it. I doubt many of the metro schools bring 50 people to GC. Best stadium many of them will ever see a game in.

I am on the fence on that statement. I know the coaches don't play the game, but they are responsible for preparing these young men for the game at hand. Which staff will be able to find the match up that they can take advantage of the most. Which then turns to the athlete and his ability to perform. It will be a team victory and coaches are part of that team. Just sitting and listening to the coaches today as they went over different scenarios, there is no doubt the coaches and players are putting in the needed work. Looking for a clean game and no hard feelings after. GO CATS!!!

Here we go again. Wouldn't have it any other way. Did the Guru learn from game one? Did OC show all the cards in game one? I know how both coaches operate and I am sure there are plays they have practiced all year long but never used that will be on display Friday night. Trickeration(new word) will not win this game. Fundamentals win this game. Catch the ball, tackle the ball and run like Ricky from a 12 gauge. BOBCATS, remember how it felt when the season ended last year, then remember how it felt to end MC's season the year before. Then make your decision on how you want Friday night to end. I think GC will put up some good numbers the way they have all year. The problem is the defense has been very weak. I look for some players to go both ways for GC if it appears they need to. If defense steps up early I like our chances. GO CATS!!!

BooHoo if you are going to the game, go early and eat at Forte's on the square in Crossville. Well worth it. It was the best thing about the trip last year. Had we not been so one dimensional the outcome could have been different but oh well. Spring Hill definitely has a chance to win. If SM runs the wingt like they did last year they were hard to stop for us. #2 for SH will be a hand full. Good Luck to all.

I agree 120 yards is 120 yards. My point was the amount of money that could be made if it was held at an adequate venue. Nothing wrong with the field or jumbo tron. Lack of seating for visitors is a deal breaker for some that are on the fence about coming. Our stadium wasn't as nice til we brought in a Wallace and I have heard the words "If you build it He will come mentioned" about the MC new stadium. Good luck to all Friday. GO CATS!!!

Here we go. Coaching staffs, even, QBs, even, now it comes down to the supporting cast. Special teams I have no clue, but I doubt a ball will be kicked to your play makers on purpose. I know a lot of your scores come off of your defense and punt and kick off returns, which is another reason marshall1969 can put for his qb numbers being less than GCs. This will be the first start for both of these qbs against a true rival team with their current team. Who will handle the pressure from the game and defensive line will decide the outcome. Wish it was a a venue that was equal to the importance of the game. But for some reason playing in the outfield and the out of bounds of rec center golf course just doesn't equal the magnitude of this game. GO CATS!!

Seen one Wallace you have seen them all. Hard working, give it all you got and a competitor to the end. I think jafo's sundrop is a little darker than normal tonight. Womg has seen him play, Saturday game I think. The Sumac training facility has been in operation for some time now and if you graduated from there you know what its like to put in the work. I know all the mc boys like to #ringchasing but you wont have to go far to find one. There will be plenty on the sidelines Friday night and they all will be on old GC family fingers. That's kind of what I thought. Our backs aren't quiet as heavy so traction for them may not be a problem. I know both teams will be glad to get this game started. All this practicing of plays that they have yet to run so neither team will see what trickery the other has up its sleeve. Keep it simple. "Run what you brung and hope you brung enough!" GO CATS!!!

It appeared we were over confident, which as we all have learned is not always a good thing. Plus I heard they got a couple of kids back that didn't play in their opening game. Their own radio people said it was the best LC has played in a while. But enough about the past. Had a MC parent tell me today that with a 60% chance of rain Friday that the field conditions would favor the Bobcats. Now I know how much this guy likes to blow smoke so I want to know how do the MC fans feel about a wet field. Who will have the advantage?

Wow, I figured someone would have got this started by now. If they have I wasn't going back 3 pages to find it. This game is very interesting. Giles has proven that they cant stop the run on mediocre teams so not sure where LC falls in that category. Walt on the sidelines vs GC and OC, where is the hype. This game is a toss up for me. But if it comes down to a close game I like GC's chances. Still a lot of questions that need to be answered on defense. See you in the Pit. GO CATS!!!
