I think Clinton is better than they was last year.I think Oak Ridge has a higher ceiling than last years team.But I think we have a ways to go maybe around week 5.Also need to get healthy.I really think it would take a great game to hold Clinton under 21 pts.We just cant afford to sputter around in first half and get down.Go Cats

I just remembered that the Clinton Radio guy (The worst in history of radio)was trashing Oak Ridge last year during the game.He thought we was running up the score which was stupid.I wonder if it ever got back to the Oak Ridge coaches?

Did the Clinton guy ever come to Oak Ridge and if so is he cleared to play?

1st games are crazy.I use to think rain hurt passing teams but some coach said he hates playing passing teams in the rain.He said the WR knows where he is going and the DBs have to play off because they cant stop and break on the ball with a wet field.Makes sense and with the gloves WRs have these days that are like glue.I say cats struggle early and final is 30-28.Go Cats

By playoff time the QB who gives us the best chance to win will be playing.Just hope they both keep thinking bout whats best for the team and not them.Cant wait for Friday.Gonna be a fun year.I think this year we will get better every week and not just look the same every week.Go Cats

A friend told me Clary tweeted Oak Ridge fumbled when they was up 28-21 and Gaddis was really mad at the reserves.But not sure how long they had been in at that point

38-35 Oak Ridge.28-7 at half and dont know how long starters played in any in 2nd half for Oak Ridge.

All I have heard is this new offense is gonna be perfect for punishing teams who try to double team Tee and Darel.There is not many if any that will beat either for a jump ball if the QB throws it high instead of at the numbers.So when they double them the run game opens up with backs going everywhere.But when your in a scrimmage and the score dont matter you are working on everything but Tee and Darel and defeats the whole purpose of new offense making it look worse than it is.Also cut blocking should be a lot easier than blocking in spread.Thats how Georgia Southern ran all over a great Florida defense with a way better and bigger line.Cats will Roll.

Why is everyone acting like last year was so bad.We was a top 5 team in 5a.West was better and no coach would change that last year.We had to many mistakes in playoffs.I think the weak comp in reg season hurt us more than anything.Only 1 team can win it all.Its not easy and thats why a lot of schools have never won 1.This year the line looks to be a huge problem.But before you go cliff diving we havent played 1 game yet.We are months away from playoffs.This new offense will work a lot better when they start targeting Tee and Darel more.No point in doing that in all your scrimmages when you know what works.You practice what needs the most work. Im amazed how people think coaches on all levels forget how to coach.

I think the offense needs to really improve.But there is only so much a coach can do.We for some reason have just not had a top notch RB for awhile now.Instead we have 5 solid guys but no real home run threat every play.Coach G is the best coach for Oak Ridge.They will get better every week

And dont know how I didnt notice but was we cut blocking every play or not.

Is there any good screen plays out of this formation.We need to try some next week.And anything else that would slow down the pressure.

Good take.Im really only worried about line.They dont have to be good.Just dont be that bad.Also agree with sweet on Tre.I would like to see him get some early carries in the last scrimmage.
