Of course but Im asking if anybody knows what the school is required to do.And is it the HC,AD or principal that is suppose to meet those requirements.

I hate to feed the crazy but a question for who might know.What does a school have to do when a player transfers in.Do they have to go check and make sure they live where they say or do they just have to check the paperwork a transfer turns in?And I have heard nothing about Oak Ridge or anybody else and have always wondered what the schools have to do.

Your 100% right.We should never be this bad.And 2-7 is bad enough but the way we look is even worse.The never ending problem upfront and some of the same problems we see year after yr is the issue.You want a coach that can get the max out of what is possible.But we are not even getting 50%.We need a whole staff that is committed to doing whatever it takes and invest the time needed to reach max potential.

It was a great start for the poor Oak Ridge offense.First drive take it all the way down to 5 yd line and then fumble trying to fake a handoff.I knew right then it was over because they wouldnt be able to put more than 1 or 2 long drives together all night.How does Oak Ridge have 3 RBs better than anybody DB had.2 WRs better than anybody DB had and only score 10 pts and lose.We avg around 1-2 yds a carry.One deep ball all night and Heyward does what he does and made great play.We wouldnt dare wanna try that again.Then late in 2nd half after we stopped DB on 4th down we have a injury timeout for 5 plus mins.Offense somehow comes out and has to waste timeout to avoid delay of game.What a season

No it doesnt.I seen the coaches show and will have to say I didnt like how the one player acted.He thought he was funny but come across as half his age.I would hope it was addressed by his HC.The thing on twitter is just something neat to get past players tweeting old pics at Oak Ridge.Always a good thing to have a current NFL star giving love to your school.Its also good for current team to see what they rep and what they are a part of.Sometimes I think these kids dont get what came before them.

He was fired 2 games ago and the offense had maybe their best game of the year.He was the OC for the worst offense in history of Oak Ridge.Would I blame him and say everything is his fault of course not.Joe hired him and its his fault as much as anybody but dont think he wanted to fire himself.But if it wasnt a good fit why would you wait around until end of year.We have some issues to address and I have hope they will take care of it.Anybody wanting to jump ship over a bad year can go.The few players I know havent thought about it and will stick around to get us back to normal.Oak Ridge is gonna be fine and wont let it happen again for a long time

Go Wildcats! Ive been searching high and low for a offense that works without having to block anybody.At least we have some big time players that are fun to watch.I would love to see what 7,13,14 and 22 could do next yr if we get it fixed upfront.Them boys can flat out get it.Also fun watching 38 run guys down all over place and only have him a few more weeks

All true.We have had multiple teams up to 4 talented enough to win it all just since Blade.If we had the depth now we did just under Blade and we would roll in 5A.Our guys worked yr around and it looked like it.Look how close we have come in last 7 years without being all in.We could have a monster fast with right people

Its not that deep.We just cant wait and pickup football few months before season.We have enough talent sometimes to get away with it but not years like this.We need someone who is gonna commit to these kids getting better year around.I love my city and know they will get it right.Gaddis hasnt been perfect but he has had some really good teams in second time around.We just need to take the next step and see what we can do making these kids go all in.

Best the offense has looked all yr.But they have lots of problems and the offense was for sure big problem all yr

Spot on.I really wonder if they go over film and show guys this stuff.Do they go work on it at practice and demand they get it right.Im really starting to wonder what they do.At least practice is fun for the kids.

yep and has hurt us since game 1.Our punter buys tons of time and they go down there and start looking up in stands or something

Ive never seen a team with less situational awareness in my life.Our poor QB just is oblivious to pressure and when you cant force it and when you gotta just throw it.Our defense on 3rd and 19 will v line to middle and give the RB the sideline when he had no shot up middle.SPT guys in lala land.Coaches giving ball to players who dont have 30 yards all yr and not to 14,7,1 and 13.Its just as ugly as u can imagine from a coaching standpoint.

Just the worst Oak Ridge team ever and with some great players.13,7,14,1,38,33,22 all really good high school players and we are so bad.How could any coach on the team feel like they have done a good job.Put 14 or 13 at QB for rest of year.I hate it for the kids who work year around and actually care

Ive never seen a staff struggle more with how to run the ball.7 is a bulldozer with speed and would take a direct snap for first down every time there.We keep trying to run read option with a QB who dont know how.All we do is slow the play down for defense to hit our RB as he gets it.And how many times do we have to throw a pic in final min of a half before we teach our guys what we cant do.It cost us game vs SD and seems like we have done it at least 4 games this yr.Got lucky tonight

Maybe so with more reps.I wouldve loved to see him after a yr or more of playing defense.I will say he can still be a D1 RB.I think as FR and SO he was on an upward path at RB and got D1 offers because of it.Then as a JR he seemed to not get better or take the next step we all thought he would.Combine that with this years nightmare of an offense and people like me kinda wrote him off as a big time RB.But to be fair he really hasnt had much of a shot to prove it at RB this yr.We really need him on defense and with 2 other good RBs we dont need him running it 20 plus times a game.And our offense and blocking has been so bad the best of the best would have a hard time.I would love for the new offense to give him a better shot at showing what he can do before seasons end.For some reason I think he learned from some mistakes and will put up big numbers if we give him a shot.He seems to be getting back to running downhill and punishing tacklers.I hope he shines and his hard work is rewarded.

Missed a chance to give Jackson a shout out for his defense.He has done a good job and really couldve been a monster if he wouldve played some defense his 1st 3 years.He gets better every game out there and seems to give the team energy when he makes a big play.

125 would be great night for Cats.You can play him great 20 out of 25 plays and those 5 plays are 250 yards plus.He really is a guy you need to get to fast and that worries me a little with our 3 man DL.Big question is will the new offense be able to build on last week and manage some points.
