I've said it before and I'll say it again. Blackman Cannot and I repeat CANNOT hold Signal Mountain to 21 Points. Our Strength is our Offensive Depth. We don't just have one good player for you to key on. We can hit you from multiple positions. We have a much better chance of shutting down your one great player than you have of shutting down our 7 much better than average players. You may be able to score 42, but we will be right there with you. This could be a shootout that goes right down to the wire with the winner being the one who has the ball last. As Roy Dillard would say, "You think I'm Joking, But I'm not" GO EAGLES!!

You can keep looking but you won't find it this Friday. If you do win, I predict it will be in a shoot out. It won't be a dominant performance like you may think. Whoever has the ball last could win this one. GO EAGLES!!

Those who have doubted the Eagles Talent have usually been wrong. GO EAGLES!!

Your score could never happen because you can't hold the Eagles to just 17 points. We have to many Offensive Weapons with playmakers at every skill position. If you can't score more than 35 you probably can't win because the Eagles average 40 or more per game. The Eagles defense is strong and has quality depth not just bodys to run on the field for a play or two and take up space. I think we've got something for I'Tavious and his little brother too. The folks in the Boro may be suprised come Saturday morning. GO EAGLES!!

I think the Eagles have a real shot at beating Blackman if they can contain Mathers. If we let him run free we will get beat but I think our D Line and linbackers are really starting to gel so look out Blaze the Eagles might have something for ya. GO EAGLES!!

The Eagles are preparing to leave the nest in the next few minutes. They will be Soaring over the Sequatchie Valley and landing in Pikeville soon. Their Talons are Sharp as razors and their mouths have the taste of blood in them. They are hungry for another kill. The warriors better be ready to defend the attack that will come through the air swiftly and deadly. When we have the warriors down, we will cut out their hearts with our ground attack which is vicious. Unless the warriors land a lucky blow, it will be another victory for the Class 4A, #1 ranked, Signal Mountain Football Eagles. Yall get ready, the show begins in less than two and a half hours. This should be a great game tomorrow night. Really looking forward to seeing how the Eagle defense does against a more balanced offensive attack. Reece is definately more comfortable after 2 games under his belt, so I expect our offense to continue to roll. Eagles come out with another W but if Bledsoe is as good as advertised, it could be a closer game than we have had so far. Just hope all the boys from both teams have a safe game. GO EAGLES!!

They are only Cupcakes when Signal Mountain plays them. When anyone else in our district plays them, they are a "tough district game". GO EAGLES!!

Bluefan, making stuff up for your own bulliten board is a cheap way to try and pump your boys up. If your going to post something like that at least get it right. They're not some "cornbread feed team", they are a "corn fed team". In the old days, that was usually a compliment meaning you have some "big ole boys". Should be a great matchup cause we got us some "Mountain Grown Boys" and they are "Tough as Stone". The Eagles will continue to soar over the Sequatchie Valley, But I really don't expect a mercy rule game this week. GO EAGLES!!

It's a good thing our passing game was on tonight because the Rams have a very good run defense. They shut us down pretty effectively on the run. No really long breakaways tonight. Good game Rams. You should do fine this season. But you are right, Signal is the real deal. GO EAGLES!!

The Eagles run defense looked awsome at practice today. If EH cannot throw the ball effectively Friday, it could get ugly. The Sophmore line is getting ready to find out what it's like to get schooled on the mountain. Our D Line looked like they were ready to eat somebody for lunch. Can't wait till Friday. GO EAGLES!!

Your eyes must have been playing tricks on you. The Bears took a swipe but the Eagles got away with only a lost baby feather. No harm done. That just frees up room for a more mature feather to grow. We will be stronger and fly higher because of it. GO EAGLES!!

This is from an article in the Chatt. TFP this morning. "Signal Mountain outgained Bradley 165 yards to 113, its offense grinding out yards on hard running." I wouldn't call that walking all over the Eagles. A missed extra point was the difference in the score and your post indicates a blowout. Get Real. I'd like to see the stats on penaltys last night because that is really where Signal Lost the Game. Several False starts and offsides penaltys early and a big roughing the passer penalty late that kept Bradleys drive alive when it was 3rd and about 13 near mid-field. Bradley played a great quarter and should be congratulated. They are as advertised and should do well in their district. #6 is a good reciever and made some nice catches. Quarterback threw some good passes as well. I think Bradley should be able to handle Polk if the reports are true about their recent performances.

Isn't Turnabout Fair Play. Everybody in town accuses us of it. Point Made Apparently. GO EAGLES!!

I haven't seen any info on this 6'5"+ guy you mentioned from EH. He hasn't been in the paper or Murphy Fair. He must be a new recruit and obviously not a key player or everyone would be talking about him. You can't keep a big guy like that a secret if he is the real deal. GO EAGLES!!
