  1. We are aware of some situations within the state where electronic communication devices may have been used between coaches and players in football contests. Rule 1.6.2 of the NFHS Football Rules Book speaks to this issue.

Electronic communication devices, including but not limited to audio recorder, Local Area Network (LAN) phones and/or headsets, mobile phones, still photograph(s), film, analog or digital video(s) and/or Internet depictions may be used by coaches and nonplayers.

The rule does not allow players on the field to use this equipment during the game.

If this happens, the players involved and the head coach will be issued a flagrant unsportsmanlike penalty, resulting in their ejection.

  2. It's unbelievable the amount of talent that has come through Huntingdon over the years. Numerous Mr Football nominees and more all state players than you can count. The 2 boys they have carrying the ball this year are getting beat to death. The quarterback has a college scholarship to play D1 baseball next year. I watched his dad console his mom last night after he got his head knocked off. I've watched quarterback after quarterback get their body destroyed year after year in this caveman offense. After this senior class graduates expect the Mustangs to be very average the next 4-8 years because the talent just isn't coming

Milan won this game when they hired Comer. He's knows how to stop the Mustangs rushing attack. Milan whipped us on both sides of the line of scrimmage tonight and made us like it.

Doesn't take much for the good coaches to figure Huntingdon out. Blow up the line of scrimmage and they can't run. JCM Riverside Milan and Huntingdon/Trenton look to be playoff bound

  4. Been watching this offense for almost 30 years. Boy is it hard to watch sometimes. If you ever get up on Huntingdon by 2 or 3 TDs the game is over. Swenson has won a bunch of regular season games but the Mustangs will NEVER win another state championship with him as the head coach. The offense he runs is absolutely brutal to a young man's body. He possibly lost his qb for the season tonight. Really no sense in getting your qb killed every play

I think both of these teams were guilty last night of looking forward to this game. It cost Milan a region game at home, while Huntingdon felt lucky enough to come away with a win at Crockett Co.

I definitely feel like Mustangs should be the favorites here, but I don't expect it to be a runaway game. If Milan can throw the ball, this one will be competitive. Mustangs have shown all year that the DB's are vulnerable. Gonna have to come up with a better scheme in the secondary. This playing off 10 yards and then not coming up to make a tackle is getting them BURNED.

Who coaches the db's at Huntingdon? There's been some great athletes come thru Huntingdon over the years. Is there not a coach who can teach pass coverage at Huntingdon?

  6. I'm sure everyone expects the Stangs to roll after the JCM upset last night. Can Comer get the boys focused and up for a big game at Paul Ward Stadium? Huntingdon is going to run and run and run some more. What offense is Comer running? Still trying to spread you out and throw it all over the field like he did at McKenzie? Not sure the qb and wr he has at Milan. I'm saying Huntingdon by 2 TDs
