  1. I think Fulton and Fulton fans are sleeping on Greeneville. Could be a big mistake. This team is way better than last years devil team. Balanced and strong on Defense. Excited for the trip and game.
  2. Think I'm leaving around 3. Pumped for the game. Anyone know much about their stadium?
  3. What time are you devils heading to Knoxville tomorrow?
  4. Ok. I've been to every Greeneville game except 1. I think this is a different team than the one that got lamb basted by Alcoa because of 2 reasons. Depth and the QB change. I think when Greenville started out the season they were younger. A lot of those guys had played, but played in mop up duty the past 2 years. When they got past their tough stretch they were able to play more players. I feel like the secondary has gotten better because of depth and the same for DL. They really have tightened up on stoping the run. Greeneville is more vulnerable up the middle than on the edge. The QB change has nothing to do with Stewart not being a great QB. He has a blue cross bowl MVP to prove it. That being said Finchum can run, but he can pitch it around even better. Really made the offense multiple instead of run run run. They will suck you in with the run and the bam. He will unleash a bomb over the top. I am really looking forward to the game. Driving up after work. Should be fun.
  5. Really? You better worry about that so called d you all have! One bad hand off kept greeneville from winning. Looks like the Trojans have plenty of work to do. Good luck on the rest of your season.
  6. All this talk about who GHS plays is wack. We can't help who is in our conference. Bottom line there has not been a lot of super strong teams in upper east tn the past few years. Sullivan south has dropped off a little. Tennessee high has been a little down. Science hill is turning the corner. DB is DB. They are good but have had their troubles in the playoffs. I was a Riverdale graduate and there are just not the power houses here there were in middle tn, west tn, and Knoxville. Greeneville has had to earn their stripes in the playoffs and have. The beat a darn good Red bank team in Chattanooga 3 years ago. Played maple wood twice, Giles was loaded last year, beat really athletic teams from Chattanooga 2 years ago and a whites creek team. All I'm saying records and divisions and conferences don't mean anything. Do you say Alcoa was not good because they are AA. Bottom line we earned our 2 gold balls because of conditioning, heart, and skill. You all may very well come hand us a whoopin. Don't let last Fridays game paint you a picture of GHS this year. That was a loaded team in SH at home and a buzz saw game. All we can do is kick it off Friday and see what happens. I promise you the devils will be ready. See you then.
  7. Could very well be a trap game for West though. I'm not on here pumping sunshine. The devils are young. I'm telling you though. They showed a lot of heart almost coming back aginst a very talented science hill team. Game changed on the lucky bounce of that fumble. Greeneville will be pissed off they lost Friday and the fact that west was the only blimish on a championship season last year will be in their minds. Stewart will get it going. In the words of Lee Corso not so fast. Coach will have them ready to play and it will be in Greeneville where we have not lost since 2009. Will be a fun game. Can't wait to see the young devils grow up fast.
  8. Anyone know what position the kid plays? Just curious! Thanks!
  9. Your the man BVD. Enjoyed you're videos all year. Can't beleive the season is over. Proud of the Devils and my little hometown. We finished in 2010 we were ALL IN 2011. What will 2012 be? I'm already ready to find out!
  10. Offensively I think we will still be in good shape. I think Finchium at QB really could make greeneville more multiple. Stewart at running back would be solid. Goode has the chance to be a beast. I think their is plenty left to make another run. Can't beleive the season is over. What a great year. Proud of the devils they sure mean a lot to our little city in east Tennessee.
  11. Greeneville is owning your line of scrimmage is what is really happening. End of story!
