If North gets beat by volunteer they better suit up the band and cheerleaders cause it's gonna be a long season!

The size of the Olines at Crockett and volunteer are deceiving. They look big but they are slow. Boone doesn't focus on size they focus on strength and speed. The ability to come off the ball and bust somebody in the mouth and move on to put somebody on their butt. Everybody touts the qb and the wide receivers at elizabethon and they are proven and deserve the recognition. Boone had a strong senior class last year so alot of these players that are starters now noone has a clue. I wouldnt put my gaurd down though. Remember 2 years ago? When the mighty DB fell to lil ol Boone.....same kinda situation. JJ has implemented his system and is ready to go. This junior class at Boone has the making to be another special one. How did the scrimmage go against Crockett? We play them tonight in the jamboree.

Boone better come out of the gate ready to run. Heard they were quick and they look alot stronger. Hope they come out with modesty and play hard and leave the fights out of it. Anyone know what punishments were handed down from the Boone South fight?

It's great how all the west fans hop on the board right before the game. The Boone camp has had a great week of practice and now it's time to take it to the grid iron. In the movie facing the giants that team beat teams they should have never been able to hang with but when ya turn things over to God good things start happening. Very impressed with the turn to Christ this team has taken. Gentlmen we are never promised another breath so let's make this one count. Play like this is your last game and put the women and children to bed and go lookin for dinner.

Let's hope for a safe game and may the best team come away with the W.

That's irrelevant. These Boone boys have had to work for everything they've done. Nothing has come easy and nothing has been handed out to them. Just a bunch of good ol country boys from a small Tennessee town. IMO Boone will win jus because these boys aren't ready to quit playing football. There's alot of heart in this small little town, look for a full visitors section. Btw we love being the underdog and beating you on your field....just ask coach stubbs.

Alright let me take a moment to bow down to the knox west gods and tell everyone how great Knox west is without ever seeing them. Looks like you may be better suited moving to Knoxville, your already drunk off that Knox west potion. I'm not gonna give another team credit for something I haven't seen them do. I've watched a lil film but that's it and in the film I watched they were very beatable.

My apologies that my football mind isn't as great as yours. I remember when your great football mind was spouting off at the mouth with ignorance at the beginning of the season makin us all look bad. My mind set on the qb situation is that this is the second week in a row that we have prepared for it and the first week we got it pretty dang right. I'm well aware that a dual threat qb is never good for a defense but we've had alot of practice at it. Do us all a favor and resist the urge to post....you make us look bad toss.

Boone is not a big team they are small quick and play with a chip on their shoulder. Oak I wasn't bein a smart elic and the 3rd discussion comment wasn't meant toward you. I gave u the info I know. Boone is 4 deep at back so losin one isn't a big deal. It's the lineman that's gonna hurt. We have played against quick players all year and none of them have been effective, so I'm not scared by the quick factor of Knox west.

Is there really any use of havin 3 discussions about the same game? Two players got ejected from the game. #20 and #55 I believe. There has been talk about reinstatements but only time will tell.

Boone plays great ball when it matters. Just look at last years basketball team, they were average throughout the season and then in the post season they exploded. This is the same group of guys. They are motivated and I know everyone has a championship in mind but I think these boys just wanna keep playing football.

Mess with one man you get em all! Bottom line! You weren't there you don't know! The cops were brought on the field to keep our players and coaches safe, had nothing to do with the severity of the fight. Classless south, classless tn high, what's the difference? I guess my question is more can the tssaa look at film and suspend more players? These boys are gonna protect each other and I respect that. I'm not a fan of the fighting and such tho. I hope that this will be a lesson learned for everyone involved including the tssaa.
