Got this word Friday night @ the ballgame that Ricky Taylor just annouced he was leaving to go coach with his son, is this true? Little late to find a coach that doesnt already have a job, or is worth hiring. Any takers?

Were there any RHS fans there? I saw several @ the Giles vs Marshal game. I am sure they hated not being there for that first victory of the new regime.

Richland is just in a bad situation. They have a lot of first time players and some new comers as coaches. This will be a learning year for all. Hopefully the players, fans and coaches dont throw the towel in just yet. The team is still working hard every week, I see them there late. Just takes time.

You could put Ricky Taylor or Jackie Smith on the sidelines for the next 2 games and the outcome would be the same! Mercy rule in effect in each by half. The spoils of a weak district this year.

You could be onto something. Looks like the coach is getting ready for the future instead of this season. Cant expect 13 and 14 year olds to play with 17 and 18s. Dont know a lot about gc, so hopefully this is not the case.

The Wildcats for the most part dominated the game. They shut down one of the best players in the nation in Kedran Johnson in front of his future coach. Not sure about one of the best players in the nation, but I would say top 250. Signed with Vandy a basketball powehouse(sarcasm). Atleast he will have a future other than basketball when he graduates, Vandy takes care of their own.

Shouldn't be hard to improve from last year, especially playing a cupcake schedule like the one they play this year. Still will battle for 3rd or lower.

Spring Hill and Giles County will play Wednesday at 7pm in SH for the Region Championship. How weak is this district? District 12AA has a shot of putting two teams in the State Tournament. Thought that would ruffle some feathers. Took a quick glance at some of the teams you(sh) beat and only 2 according to coacht have a winning record in their district so you cant hang your hat on them. I have been aroun bball long enough to know when you play a non-district game you dont throw your best. I am not knocking your athletes because you have them you just dont have enough.

I think what he meant was, way to glide right through a weak district with little competition. NONE of these district teams will be in the Burro.
