mavs playing pretty hot? huh didnt they jus get beat by halls 5-2.. so much for the super sophomores leading them to the regions? ha get off their meat the mavs did play hot. They battled back from. 9-2 to end up in the lead. The pitch that colbys game winner was off of was low and 6 inches off the plate. I'll never know how he hit it.

well what i fear about tournament play is that the winning team doesnt have to be better than the losing team all the time, they have to be better than them once. thats what happened to anderson co last year against stone memorial (no offense, stone) anderson co overlooked them, and it resulted in their defeat. so with everyone trembling in their boots to play halls, i just want every team in the tourney to know that you only have to be better than the team your playing one time. i hope for an exciting and intense tourney. good luck to each team, but espescially my mavs!!!!

i expect ac to give everyone in their way a run for their money. foster, pack, and esepcially roberts have been hot. there is not a weak spot in the lineup and the pitching and defense is solid. when anderson county plays their best baseball, theyre tough to stop. its also a great advantage that anderson co is under the radar , everybody is saving their ace in case they play halls.

One Powell player got into it with another Powell player, and one of them got out of control. The ac fan that got on here earlier was very misinformed on who it was pitching a fit in the dugout. The player he wrongly mentioned by name was in the team huddle when all that was going on. my sincerest apologies to Colby then, thanks for the correction.

Anderson coy tc took an absolute thriller today In Game one. Ac was in Control until the seventh inning, when words between dugouts were exchanged and tanner Williams was fatigued. Powell put two In The board and lost by a hair off if a play from trinity carrol to Tyler miller. it was a great game and a thriller I look forward to game two

Taylor Durand deserves alot of credit. sure, hv and cc are not the best teams hitting wise, but that doesnt mean he is not a great pitcher. he is only a sophmore and lives around 83 mph (give or take) and his offspeed pitches fall off the table. i believe if he continues to work hard and gains 4 or 5 mph by his senior year he will be a d1 prospect.

Halls may have beaten Anderson county but they did it with absolutely no class. They made themselves look like thugs out there and that's shameful.
