Does anyone know, statistically speaking, how the Mr. Football Kicking Finalists did this year (Landon Foster, Henrique Ribiero, George Bullock)? I know Ribiero had the "kick heard round the state" (57-yarder) but haven't heard a thing about the other two. Thanks.

Just a final update to my nomination, Caleb Houston, Senior Punter, Walker Valley HS (Cleveland). Season stats (10 games): > 42.3 gross/39.5 net on 33 punts > Punts over 50 = 8 (2 over 60); long of 69 > Punts inside 20 = 12 (6 inside 10 w/3 of those inside the 5) > Opponents avg starting point after punt = their 21 > Game 6 Capt D's Player of the Game > Leads greater Chattanooga area > Excellent student/athlete (3.93 GPA, ACT 28) Although Caleb has had plenty of pre-season accomplishments, to include national rankings (10th/Prokicker.com, 30th/Kohl's Kicking, ESPNU Top 100) he has proven his ability in the field of play. Typically, punters aren't given much recognition but Caleb has been a silver lining to an otherwise difficult season for his team. One of the amazing stats you'll never see published is he has no touchbacks on the year. Another, is that opponents have attempted to return only 7 of his 33 punts. Maybe the reason is the returners keep attempting to catch them over their shoulders while running the other way

Caleb Houston (6'2",205 lb), senior punter from Walker Vally HS(Cleveland)is having an incredible year. Currently leading the greater Chattanooga area with 42.8 yds per kick. Other stats: 10/28 inside the 20 (incl 5 inside 10); 7 punts of 50+ (incl 2 of 60+); long of 69; only 5 punts have been returned for yardage through game 8; college-level hand-to-foot time. This week, against Bradley, he had 48 yd and 65 yd punts (although he only received credit for 53 yds on the second one as it glanced off the returner for another 12 yds). Both were in the air. His resume includes Game 6 Captain D's Player of the Game, ESPNU Top 100 Kicker, 10th ranked punter nationally per Prokicker.com, 4.5 star prospect/30th ranked punter nationally per Kohl's Kicking; finished 18th of approx 180 at the Kohl's National Invitational Scholarship Camp this Summer. He has also received interest correspondence from 15 schools so far. He also threw a 68 yd TD on a fake punt against Soddy Daisy. Caleb has had quite a bit of press in the Cleveland market but because his team is 0-8 on the year, most of the rest of the state hasn't heard of him. However, colleges are very aware!
