the if you cant make the Bean Barn, the " little top " is open til 6:30 and although a bit pricey, their hotdogs, burgers and shakes are un equalled in Greenevegas....located just up the road on N. Main, this little circle thru joint offers old time quality with todays prices...haha. i'm sure Keith and Liz would appreciatte the free advertising here as well, but i guess the 70 bucks or more i spend there a week buiding my gut and my cholesterol levels will have to suffice.

Would love to see some NETENN teams bring some titles back up here. West will be a very tall order for Boone, but hopefully they can pull it off. I personally have my doubts, but i'm merely a monday morning coach myself, so what do i know. Best of luck to the boonies.

let's use some other peoples logic on this one...ok, AE beat west greene holding them out of the endzone on the last play. Greeneville beat west Greene by somewhere around 30 points. AE beat Fulton. Since Fulton didn't play west greene this year, we have no comparison to base a greeneville vs AE game on, so we'll say by proxy, since GHS beat WG handily, AE squeaked by WG and beat Fulton, LOGICALLY, that means GHS beats Fulton by atleast 24....LOL....some people would actually use that logic. I'm using the logic that says Fulton is the best team GHS will have played thus far, even though by their own standards, FHS is down a bit this year. That said, they're still a seasoned bunch of kids that know how to win in playoff games. GHS is getting better at "knowing" how to win playoffs games, so i think the Devils will prevail with late game ease....GO DEVILS

That's optimistic at best. what alot of people don't realize about GHS is their over powering D. In years past, i would probably agree that Fulton wins this game by 20. This year however, I question Fultons ability to even score 20 on this Defense. My only concern about this game is where the GHS kids heads are. They've been hearing how great the are all year and hearing how nothing less than a state title will do and how they will win state easily this year. Hopefully, they haven't let all this garble go to their heads and they show up friday ready to get after the Falcons. My initial thought on this game is GHS 40 Fulton 14......But in the end, I just hope both teams play hard, play fair and have fun and no one gets injured....GO DEVILS

I beleive Greeneville holds the series lead over Boone...and im guessing here...but probably in EVERY sport. Dont be so cocky just because you've had a couple good seasons in a row. I try to be respectful to everyone, but comments like this one get under my skin. This is a season you should be thankful you dont run into GHS. I honestly dont think there's a team in NETN that can hang with the Devils IF they are on their A game. Ofcourse that is pure speculation and the opinion of a fired up fan, but I do beleive that. GO DEVIL and yes, i hope Boone does beat the Indians this season

The real danger lies on the side of the Devils. If I were Coach B, I would play my starters maybe 2 series tops, just to get a few reps in, then start sending in the reserves. As good as GHS is, it would be foolish to risk injury against some of these upcomming conference " FOES ". this conf. is a joke to Greeneville, and does not prepare them properly for the rigors of the playoffs. the TSSAA really botched this one ( surprise surprise) at any rate, you play the games on the schedule i guess. Good luck to the rebs fans, this one's gonna sting.

yes, I do beleive it is, but the reason I put it here is because the Devils do play a 6a team and I am curious of the opinion of the "upper" crust in NETENN football followers. Good luck to the Hill this year, you have a superb coach now and an even better man.

I've seen some people question whether or not GHS is for real this year. I say to those people, go watch them one time and you will understand exactly why people are talking about this team. They have speed, size, depth, power and oh, did i mention speed? ask South about Greeneville. Ask Betsy about Greeneville. Ask Jeff. about the Greene Devils. in about 12 more weeks, ask ME about the Greene Devils and my answer will be. " yep, they were for real and that gold ball looks great in the trophy case............FINALLY"
