Back to the topic, yes, CPA should win a state title. They have more talent than anyone else. Regardless of why anybody thinks they do, the kids keep coming to CPA and sounds like more are coming this year. Kind of tough I guess on the kids who have gone there all their life and want to play ball and now can't. But, win a title and it probably won't matter.

Anyone notice this week's AP Top 10 (+ others receiving votes) rankings in AA? Three District 10 teams in Top 12. EL, who is in at #6, is actually coming off a loss to Whites Creek. CPA is #11 and Maplewood is 12. MLK lost to #6 EL just before Christmas by one point and David Lipscomb lost to #7 Spring Hill after Christmas by just one point. Very tough group.

Hope the game is as fun as reading the posts. DL is always a tough place to play and tough for visitors with lots of fans. It is small on the visitors side as has been stated, so get there early. Other than that, DL is always a gracious host. For those who have been questioning the whole private/public thing, DL does not recruit. (I know some refuse to believe that, but it is the truth.) Their top running back has been there since Kindergarten. So has the majority of their other 22 starters. Everybody either came in Kindergarten or in 4th or 5th Grade. The recruiting schools always have several D1 prospects. If you look at history, DL rarely has one. To my knowledge, they have had 2 in the last 12 years. No doubt Macon will come to play. DL won't take them lightly. It could be a good game. That is why they play them. You have to win it on the field and not on the message board. Good luck to all. Safe travels to the Tigers. CPA was ranked really high at the beginning of last year, but did not finish in top 2 in district. I know the Bradshaw kid is good and so is Lindsey, and there are two other starters returning I think. Not sure about the bench, unless the Freshmen are that strong. So, it will be interesting to see if they can live up to the prediction. Anyone know how Bradshaw was able to transfer and play without having to sit out?
