Watched both teams last night. CW will have to play really well to win. Game may come down to officiating. CPA coach worked the refs hard last night. If officiating is fair then CW will have a good shot but if CPA coach works refs enough to get all the close calls then CW has no chance.

I've watched top 4 teams in each district several times. Waverly probably matches up better against CPA than anyone. This could be an interesting game. I would love to say creek wood has a chance at CPA but I'm not sure they do. To be the best you gotta beat the best. If this game happens the stage may be too big for Cw. CPA has been there done that. If Cw plays to win they have a chance, if they play scared they will look like Cheatham co. Did last year. This will be the biggest hurdle Cw coaches have to overcome, gotta get their guys to believe they are as good as CPA . This will be difficult with all the hype CPA garners . Should be fun to watch

Great atmosphere at CW last night. There was probably 2000 spectators for the cw vs waverly game. Waverly came out firing and took an early lead but cw responded to end the first only being down one after the first quarter. Cw took control in second and led by 9 to end the second. Third qt started and cw went on a three point binge with threes coming from everywhere. Game was essentially over early in third, waverly went down by 20 or so in the 4th and never recovered. Great game to watch. Keep rolling cw and don't be satisfied,continue the focus and make our community proud.

Agree with you on all your picks with the possible exception of Camden losing to Hickman . If Vick is healthy I will go with Camden in a close one. Cw and waverly will win easily. Stewart will win by double digits . MC is not playing very good right now and it's a bad time to be playing bad. Stewart seems to be peaking at the right time . Semis will be fun at cw

Last night at CW high the boys finished off an amazing regular season(25-0). As a sports fan I know how difficult it is to go undefeated at any level. I just wanted to give a shout out to the boys and keep it rolling. This is the fastest and most enjoyable high school team I have ever seen . There was probably 1000 fans at this game , great sports atmosphere. Also congrats to the three 1000 point scorers that were honored last night.(edmondson,Cummins,Plunkett)

The cummins boys are ballers for sure,but don't forget about the rest of the guys. Plunkett is a great defender and can fill it up. Also edmondson can flat out play, Probably cw's most versatile player. Turpin is a lock down defender and Aldridge really helps on the boards . They have a good bench also. They may not be able to beat CPA and they could still lose to waverly, but these boys can play. They play fast and extremely hard. CPA is probably still the class of middle tn but cw isn't far back.

I doubt they could beat any college team in America . They have two loses , one was to a AA team.

What happened to cascade last night. That score was crazy. Did they not show up . 87-18 is uncalled for. This is why the public/private debate is so heated. Do these teams hate each other?

Watched Cw play last night. They are for real and will be tough for anyone to beat. They have shooters everywhere . Impossible to defend all of their shooters. If they shoot well they may not lose. One of best shooting teams I've ever seen. Plunkett, cummins twins, edmondson , and Turpin can stroke it. They have some shooters off the bench as well. Extremely fun to watch. This team could have as many as 5 players that will play at next level.

Hope you made it back to waverly with dry drawers !!! Pretty sure you weren't laughing after that beat down. Next game between these two will be fun for sure. Hopefully Dell will be back,he will really help Waverly

I was at this game also,Cw really took it to Waverly in the second half. Let's not forget waverly had their point guard out. With that being said waverly looked really undisciplined. I think the only play they have is the high ball screen. Ran it over and over. Don't think waverly was as bad as they looked or Cw is as good as they looked. It will be a war at waverly. Can't wait for this game. There is still no doubt that these are two top 10 teams in their classes. Waverly will make some adjustments and so will Cw for next showdown.

Well how does everyone think tournament will end up. Interested to see if anyone has something for Waverly... I think Camden probably has best chance at an upset. Both games were fairly competitive. Creekwood will have hard time against Camden this time around if they both win prelim games. Have gotten to watch last two Creekwood home games and they are playing well right now. As previous post said if #23 would give up ball every now and then they could be team to be reckoned with.. He just never passes to anyone, you can see that teammates are tired of it. They(cw)are really good offensively. Now as to Waverly they will be in weak side of bracket and this will help them in long run. They are playing great right now. I cant see anyone touching them at home. Big question will be can they compete in regions.. these are just my thoughts.. lets here someone else's

Was at the Waverly/Dickson game last night and was a little surprised that Dickson kept game as close as they did... They controlled pace of game for the most part. Waverly has another tune-up before they get Creek Wood at home. There is a strong chance we will sweep both Dickson and CW this year. This Waverly team has a chance to be really good. CW better bring it tuesday or they will get throttled especially if they try and run with us. We are getting better every game. This game could determine the district. Should be a fun one to watch. We have a couple guys that I dont think CW will be able to contain..Dell and Smith will show out, so be ready

Who wins harpeth vs creekwood tonight? Harpeth played Waverly tough Friday night so based on that I give them the edge. Dont think CW will be able to match up with Harpeth on block. CW is really guard oriented. I also think Harpeth kind of has CW's number. Seems like they are in CW players heads. They usually are more physical than CW. Tonight should be fun though

Waverly will be the team to beat in this district.They should easily handle everyone in this district. They had an impressive win tuesday night against east literature. Creekwood is too young with little size. Stewart will down again this year with some good young talent. Not sure bout hickman co. teams. Not trying to pump Waverly to much but teams in this district are playing for second place in my opinion.
