I just think RB is ripe for the picking for a good coach. A good coach could build a great program there. The housing abundance is a biggie for getting kids to move into the area.

I think this would be the perfect storm for Coach Vic Grider! Lets think about it, the area has a huge number of housing opportunity. (Mountain Creek Road) For those of you that don't know, Mtn. Creek Rd is the most heavily populated road in the Chattanooga area. It is apartment complexes from one end to the other. If a man wanted to come to an area and build a program RB is the one. All it needs is a legendary coach to come and take it. The facilties are good, the skill players are there. The Vic Grider / Bill Price match up would be awesome. What do you guys think??????????????? GO EAGLES.

I agree Troll, Mountain Creek Road is the most heavily populated road in Hamilton County, RB is a sleeping giant. Vic Grider needs to come on up and try his hand with a bigger school. LOL. It would be fun to watch. Think I'll start a new thread..........

A train wreck at best, it will be a big task to bring football back at RB. RB will always have some good skill players, the problem is just football in general. They really need a back to the basics type coach. Football 101........JMO

There is truth to that ^^^^^^^^^^^^ statement, but special teams IS a 3rd of the game!

A move to 2A would help, not sure if the schools numbers will allow that.
