Yes, head to head and district records count only in determining district standings to get the 1 and 2 seeds. After that, it goes strictly by tie breakers. Sycamore's sixth win puts them ahead of Macon. Macon is the highest rated 5 win team in 4A because of the number of .500 teams on their schedule.
Based on updating the TSSAA data from week 9, I think the playoff brackets look like this for 4A. Does this look right? Liberty could also move from Quad 3 to Quad 4, instead of Chester County. I'm not sure how this decision will be made.
