To be honest with you I watched farragut play and was not as impressed as years past. They struggle hitting fastballs other than simcox and Nicky d. However the key to their success has been the way they have played as a team. They are a true team.. not as good as years past but they know how to play in when in counts. Columbia is going to be a good matchup seeing how they hit columbias pitching.

I was told pfiefer is done which is sad. Feel for that kid. Taylor being on short rest is bad as well. I figure they will pitch chandler and pitch off even though he is good but save xander for juliet or collierville

Anyone wanna take a bet pfiefer starts first game of the state tourny? I bet a million on it he does. The kid is a freak. As for his shoulder i am going to bet it is fine and come tuesday Soddy Daisy will get all they want.

In my opinion Columbia has it wrapped up. I saw Tullahoma play in Knox and they were not that great. However Columbia did not look that great at the plate when i saw them play. If the Sheffield kid throws he may can hold them at bay. Any thoughts on this re-match? Of course it doesn't matter cause they will take Region 3AAA out i am sure.

I agree with Farragut Grad.. Its just Soddy Daisy... I would say they will not even make it out of their district tourney and if they do will lose first game of Regional. From what i heard up at our tourny they can't hold it together for 7inn. They blew a game against Mt. Juliet they should have one.. Tell you what from experience you cant do that if you wanna play with the big boys..... So i don't plan on seeing those guys ever...
