Dylan Davis 152 from Page is a very under-rated wrestler.....I think some will be surprised who have not seen this kid wrestle.....Baldree will be in the finals and will place higher than 3rd. McCoy Newberg and Shrader will be a great match to watch...saw them wrestle at Franklin Rebel and McCoy was a very calm and confident wrestler....he will take Shrader, again. Just my predictions...

Yes, I guess we will see after state whose names we hear....i am sure a few new ones. Good luck to all the wrestlers!

Just never here much talk about some of their really good wrestlers especially Centennial and Page. Sometimes good wrestlers get over looked when their team as a whole doesnt do as well as others so it is good to hear that some of these wrestlers are on peoples radar. Sometimes it is good to be the black horse.....thanks

Thanks for your prompt reply. Coach Gray will rebuild Page's wrestling team which has taken a hit over the last few years prior to him coming. Page has suffered due to lack of coaching until Coach Gray arrived but a handful of wrestlers kept it together which include Baldree(215, senior) and Dylan Davis (152, Junior) Both of these wrestlers are experienced and tough. I did see that someone commented (not sure who it was) that he felt Baldree, would take Region but another post predicated Ravenwood 1st, Indy 2nd & Baldree 3rd...Although Baldree beat Clarksville and Clarksville beat Indy at the Franklin Rebel .....I guess we will all see next weekend and at State; it should all be exciting to watch all the matches. Dylan Davis, 152, is someone to really watch as well. He is fast and strong. Coach Gray has some good Sophomores & Freshman wrestlers this year and quite a few incoming freshmen for next year. I know wrestling parents appreciate Coach's like Benji Gray, Coach Blair, you and many others for your hard work and dedication to the sport. By the way, I for one like State being at the Ag Center. Thanks to Coach Blair and all the other coaches involved including Mayor Anderson for all their hard work in getting it moved to a more central location. You cannot base expectations on the first year; It takes time to iron out issues at a new venue but I think it will be a positive experience for all in the end. Thank you

I just joined CoachT and it is a great site. I appreiatte the efforts of all the coaches that post rankings, etc. But I would have to ask Coach Knepper and Coach Bray in their travels over the state have they ever been to a Page High School match? Have you seen a few of their guys wrestle lately? I have only seen a few of their wrestlers names a couple of times on this site. Granted Page is a small school but lets not forget them. They have a few great wrestlers and young ones coming up. Coach Benji Gray (formaly of Halls High in Knoxville) does a great job at Page. Just curious is all....thanks
