  1. The girl you speak of, that you refer to as slow, happen to loose her father. He passed away just a couple weeks before the game. Perhaps, she wasn't at the top of game physically or mentally. Think before you speak, these are teenagers, and you obviously didn't know "the rest of the story".
  2. Jackson County Lady Blue......Returning all 5 starters, and all the bench. Would be a good bet, in my book.
  3. Did you happen to read the title of this topic? And the first post of the thread? To the surprise of many, Jackson County residents can READ! What the..........
  4. Question: Why does Red Boiling Springs have such jelously over Jackson County? I live in Jackson County and our biggest rival is Livingston, and thats because we don't like that Hog Eye Cheer they give you......(HA) Its a game.....A teenage game...... I can assure you that Jackson County will root for Red Boiling, unless we happen to be playing Red Boiling. We are next door neighbors....CHEEZE.
  5. Second quote: YES, Jackson County has an excellent girls basketball coach, and YES they won the State Championship last year, YES, last year they had some Senior players. YES, I think they could have won the game against Loretta as easily as they happen to lose. AND, unfortunately, YES the rest of my statement stands as TRUTH. Sorry if that happens to hurt your feelings..........
  6. Now Now, I am a hugh Blue Devil fan. And a Coach Brown fan. By the way...Congratulation to the Lady Blue...Great Season! But now lets be honest, if you live in Jackson County, you know that we have (in the past) had a recruitment issue. Hopefully that practice has stopped. The Lady Blue could have as easily won the state as they were defeated in the first game, this year. They have a team of Good Girls and Good Athletes, I think the maturity level was a big factor in their loss at State this year. No seniors, Actually if you have followed closely....The girls that are Juniors have not experienced a STRONG Senior leadership during their high school years. A little (flub-up) on Coach Brown's part and a little to much "pride" cost him a few years ago.....and still is showing effects on the team. Next year, they will be ready.....Caroline and Hope are growing up.....the leadership level will begin to regain its strength.......They will be the team to beat in 2012.
