I have seen all of these teams play quite a bit. Richland can definitely beat Collinwood if Helton, Schmidt, and Neely all come to play, plus they are playing an 8th grader Jennings that comes off the bench and provides and offensive spark. I think they are good enough offensively to beat Collinwood easily if they are ready. Cornersville and Santa Fe neither stand a chance in my opinion. Mt. Pleasant has won 17 games this season and when they are playing well, are pretty good. I think they can beat perry if they can contain Brooks. Lemay can do anything offensively, and Brooks is a stellar athlete, should be a good game.

I just heard that as well, I think this is a great fit for that program. They have the tallent they just need the coaching and discipline, in which she will bring both of these things to the program. Great find for Mount Pleasant. Congrats Coach Russell

Has anyone heard about who got the job at mt.pleasant. They have talent They just need a coach. I had heard they wanted Jessica Russell from Giles Which would be a huge step up for them. She has helped build that program There with Missy Harper. I've heard from several different coaches that she is a Great teacher of fundamentals and the game and would work hard to build a Program there. I haven't heard if this was the final decision? Any news?

Well from what i've heard from people around the community i would say the best fit would be a hard nose female coach. someone to come in and relate to these girls and really light a fire in them! but thats just my opinion. I heard the coach from huntland is only in the race because he has a son that is a good ball player. and well we all know how the politics game is played around here! i'd like to see someone new come in and just be worried about the girls!

Any leak yet on who may be getting the head coaching job at Summertown? They have a great team, just need somebody to come in and be tough and work those girls!
