I hope that's good news. If it were transfers from Oak Ridge and Clinton that might have more stock. Not sure CCHS has a good feeder program like AC. I firmly believe talent is made early. But regardless, any transfer is good news.
Who y’all loading up for?

He is staying with the school as the AD, just stepping away from coaching.
I wonder why he didn’t just take the AD and still be the football coach. Seems like he’s doing a good job at HC. I’m amazed how they always got a nice QB/WR connection going on every year.

Where did Hardin County coach go and why did he leave?

Antioch will return to irrelevance.
Long as they still have the QB he will keep them in games.

I can promise you that if coaches from Brentwood Academy, Ensworth, Father Ryan or Montgomery Bell Academy show up at MNPS middle school football games wearing school shirts the parents flock to them. The coaches don’t have do go up to the parents.
What I’ve actually been seeing lately for the past few years is the private school coaches building relationships with certain middle school teachers. The middle school teacher ends up, taking the two or 3 kids on a tour then try to push them there.

Antioch QB's Dad is a coach at Antioch. He would be a good choice.
First person I thought of but do he work for metro?

Who takes the Antioch job now and do they have any chance of keeping the QB there?
Thats a good question….Even when Antioch was bad it’s still a few guys who had put their names in the hat.

Vanderbilt alumni played basketball and football. He’s also a ucla alumni “Played football”. Coached football and basketball at Hillsboro before coming to Lipscomb and coaching.

Hearing Pearl may be getting RB from Haywood. Big if true.
I think the kid might be trolling but I also heard it’s a mass exit going on..Idk if the coach cleaning house or kids/parents just want to get out of Haywood. 2 years in a row

Pearl Cohn always reloads
Greeneville, Elizabethton, and Anderson out east
Haywood is always quality
That’s a good list but you can’t leave out upperman. I think Haywood will come out of west TN. PC is losing a lot but this upcoming JR & senior class is just as dangerous lead by #1. They don’t want to me nobody’s punching bag. Also interesting to see how these upcoming sophomores play.

He’s off to a hot start. I’ve seen a lot of midstate high school players and portal players get MTSU offers

Tom Kreager- FYI. @TSSAA Legislative Council is looking at this tomorrow.
Why does this seem like associations in NFHS collectively have been talking about this subject?
The OSSAA Board of Directors approved an exception that allows one free transfer for any high school student who has established athletic eligibility at an initial school. The student won’t have to sit out a year or move into the district. #OKPrepshttps://x.com/kreager/status/1732490661964706223?s=46&t=6U-y0OSQm3GR6luev3SYBw

So you’re saying our kids faked it but yours didn’t? Now that’s a class act right there bro. You definitely repping now ain’t ya? We have one with a broken arm/collarbone but I guess that’s a fake injury. I’ve kept quiet about some things that happened because it’s all a part of the game but do not say another word about our young men out there on the field and I’ll give you and yours the same courtesy.
He’s talking about 64…Even the TV announcers was talking about it. He did it on first down when we normally use tempo.
