Well, I was torn today; I had original plans to attend my high school homecoming BHS, but then my sons teammates called and said they were doing a special John Wall(John Hale rendition) tribute to my son since he has recently had a "Season ending surgery" this past Monday. IT WAS AWESOME! Totally unexpected! I know, my son and I know for a fact he was fighting back the tears. But I wouldn't have traded that moment for anything! Class of 2013 Bucs, you guys are GREAT!

Well, #29 for Boyd and #29 for Ooltewah didn't play tonight; both suffering from high ankle sprains. But be ready because they will be back next week. And ready to "break" some ankles of those trying to tackle them! BBS & Ooltewah!

***Update*** I have dropped 3lbs since starting my diet! Remember, it doesn't matter if you have lost 1 or 10lbs as long as you are working towards your goal! You "WILL" feel good about your results! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! water walk water walk......

Well like they say, "By a inch or a mile, a win is a win." But sometimes a sloppy win hurts. Had a couple of ankle incidents tonight, but hopefully they will be cleared for game next week against Grace! Let's keep chopping them down and marching to that State game!

Want to see a good halftime show; be at Boyd tomorrow to witness both bands while those Bucs are resting and preparing to handle another opponent! Howard's band will have it rocking, I have heard them. And Boyd's band is also nice! Looking forward to another great showing of the Bucs, and witnessing some great class by the Boyd family!

I say get there early, and enjoy the food and the Band. Because the Mercy Rule, will go in effect earlly this time! Boyd should put up at least 45 points! Howard will have some speed, but don't think they have seen a defense like Boyds! Plus Boyd is still Sour about that early score by Silverdale! ***NEVER AGAIN***

Sounds like victory #4 to me... Boyd is out scoring their opponents 118 to 6! Ouch! And they don't look like they will be giving up many more in the near future... Go Bucs!

***Daddy's Girl update*** Congrats to Jada for finishing 9th overall and 2nd in her district in her first Cross Country meet. There were over 50 girls racing and she held her own... (see those legs come in handy)

I am so blessed to have my extended family here on Facebook: I have one brother Gary Copeland about to marry his best friend, another brother Willie Spight Jr who's cousin is on BET's Sundays Best, a frat brother Richard Lee Mitchell who's son played football on ESPN today, a sister Natasha Leonard, who always keeps me in the loop with all the Atlanta happenings, and many many more! Who says being an only child is lonely! NOT!
