Since I haven't read anything posted about the others coaches yet, I will... The WG asst coaches show great class and went to shake hands!

If the reason for going for 2 after scores was because a manager was not given a ball after an extra point kick, then we had at least 2 childish coaches on the field last night.

First of all, I am not going to mention high school players names on here. Secondly, I know of ZERO players on THIS years team to have been recruited. Seriously, come to reality and realize that yes your team has recruited at some point in time in the past. Having said all this, Greeneville would beat the crap out of every BRAC team with or without recruits, they have a great program!

You are correct Barb. Most schools have done some sort of illegal recruiting before. It just seems Greeneville fans get all out of sorts if it is mentioned.

I said more positive about Greeneville than negative, actually just one negative. But I knew you would focus in on the ONE negative. Seriously, do you really think that none of the Greeneville coaches have ever recruited a player to play there? That is simply unrealistic... It happens everywhere! Greeneville has an unbelievable football program right now and MOST players go there with NO recruiting happening.

Yeah I have opinions: 1-Classless to not shake hands (unless blatant running up of the score, which apparently wasn't the case). 2-We cannot expect 2nd and 3rd teams to come into game and take a knee. 3-Coach Case knows football and turned a football program in the right direction (2-38 in 4 previous seasons before his arrival). In his 2nd-6th seasons they made the playoffs, and had 3 seven-win seasons. 4-Coach Case has zero personal skills and runs his mouth way too much. 5-Yes, Greeneville has recruited players to their school in an illegal way, HOWEVER most kids who go their from out of zone go there because they want to play for a great football program, other sports program, or academic reasons. 6-Is there trouble in Mosheim? We will see in a couple of weeks.

I would like to add that WG has the largest and most active Fellowship of Christian Athletes in the county! They have been going to churches on Sunday and Wednesday evenings to sing songs and do skits for over 20 years now!

I agree, however Greene Devil Army bashes so many schools, which includes kids, that it is hard for me to ever feel bad for him.

They look too one-dimensional to beat Greeneville. It should be better than the BRAC games, but I predict Greeneville to win by at least a couple of TD's.

When he signed the contract, it included MoWest the next year. So, if he was basing it on last years records, he was picking up a team that beat Greeneville that year.

The Wal-Mart DC is in Mosheim, just about 3 miles from WG. Now, I will save you some time and bash myself for that comment..."Why would he want to play for milk cans when he could play for GOLD BALLS", Why would he play in that hole when he could play on turf in front of the best FOOTBALL (never hear much talk about the sports they lose to county schools in) fans in the state", "Why would he play for a school who doesn't work as hard as us in the offseason, while we are shedding blood, sweat, and tears". Now, back to reality...Good win for Greeneville tonight. Just another step towards a perfect regular season.

I realize that you usually know what you are talkng about, but "Bad MoEast team"? They are 4-1 and only loss was a 14-10 loss to 6A Sevier Co who put up 63 points on MoWest.

Do you realize that the sentence after you tell people to stop saying mean things, you say "SHUT YOUR FACE".

Not really "questioning", just think it would be great for them, because their starters NEVER play more than 2 quarters in conference games, and that could hurt them in playoffs. I agree about the county schools schedules, but they will ALWAYS play each other...Greene Co is so political, a coach could never drop another county school. In WG defense, they played Mo East this year, Cherokee the past 2, and Mo West next year.

Grainger Greeneville WG- Toughest one to pick, but Case usually does good against that are one-dimensional. I can see this one going either way, but think WG running game will win it for them.

Man, you Greenville fans are so sensitive. Listen to what I was trying to say. GREENEVILLE has an unbelievable football program right now. They have not had a conference game within 4 touchdowns in 5 years. What I was saying was that they should find at least 3 top-notch non-conference teams each year. I am sure their coaches try...I know they are not afraid of anyone...I know they don't schedule cupcakes. I think they have a great coaching staff and have hard-working players. It just amazes me that if a team does not appear on greenevilles schedule, that the other team automatically dropped GREENEVILLE. That may be the case sometimes, but I doubt it is always the case. I have watched GREENEVILLE play football since the Debusk-Story days and am not a "hater", I simply asked a question about why 2 good teams were no longer on the schedule. Just because I don't think GREENEVILLE does no wrong, doesn't mean I am trying to stir up trouble. I think GREENEVILLE will be 10-0 during the regular season and believe that the winner of them and Fulton wins state. I am sure I won't get blasted for that statement.
