  1. If YOU were wondering. Fairview has also had a very crisp and competitive practice yesterday and today. Improving everyday. Defense is studying film and finding keys. Giles also has a weak spot in their D. Fairview is gonna be hitting the weak spot all night.
  2. Marshall isnt the team they were last year. Like they were any good last year either? Marshall wont get any offensive yards besides maybe a couple lucky fly routes to number 9. If you watch for that, your fine.
  3. This is true. When we played lewis we still had a few injuries to key players and we were a little shaky. We are a machine and we were only firing on a couple cylinders and playing to about 1/4 of our potential. We are starting to play more to our potential as the weeks go by. Im just hoping this week we play our best and Giles makes alot of mistakes
  4. It would be hilarious if Fairview came in and beat the snot out of Giles this week. Imagine how many peoples jaws would drop.
  5. The fly routes to #9 are scary, after that first one, we started to watch for that. QB did a pretty good job at evading being sacked.
  6. Im hoping the Jackets can put up a good fight against this powerhouse of a team Giles has. What is everyone's thoughts?
  7. I agree absolutely 100%. They run up the score in basketball, why not try to set a record for most points scored in a game?
  8. We ruined MC's last year. There was no one left in the home stands at the start of the fourth quarter. No reason why they wouldn't want to return the favor.
  9. I don't know what everyone's talking about spring hill was resting their starters for this one game. Giles is weak and slow after their week off. I see alot of mistakes from Giles. I think spring hill will capitalize and give Giles their first loss. SH-28 GC-17 Jokes.
  10. Which player in particular was stomping heads?
  11. I think everyone is thinking that Fairview isn't good this year because of close losses to 2 good teams. But hey, we dont mind, come into the game overconfident and we will kick your behind. Rhyming.
  12. They are both equally as big. Fairview still pulling for Lewis in this one.
  13. We must have been playing as a "unit" when we beat lewis.
  14. Fairview thrives being the underdog. Believe it or not we don't like to be predicted to win.
  15. I think that the difference will be the amount of turnovers Fairview has, as well as penalties. What people who aren't actually at the Fairview games don't realize is we have atleast 3 turnovers a game, as well as plenty of yards in penalties. Not just penalties that would move us back 5 yards or so, but penalties that call back 80+ yard touchdowns. If Fairview can control the turnovers, interceptions especially, and their meaningless penalties then its a no-brainer. If we can do all of that, which is reasonable then i say FV by 14.
  16. Thank you for the clarification. Any fans from Fairview should know to be rooting for Lewis in this game, despite their personal picks.
  17. GOOO Lewis Co!!!!. Fairview Fans are behind you all the way!!
  18. I agree 100% if the team that everyone in Fairview knows we can be shows up, Hickman Co. will have a long night. Now, if the team that i saw beat East Hickman shows up, this one will come down to the wire.
  19. This looks to be a tough game for the Jackets. I think that this is really the test for them as a team. If we can pick up the win next week and get over the hump we will be set for the rest of the season. (excluding Giles, my god they are a powerhouse this year)
  20. Although the jackets got the win tonight, I was not impressed with their play. I am not one to bash on players for any reason whatsoever. Although, stats don't lie, and tonight the amount of turnovers we had caused this game to look a whole lot closer than it should be.
  21. The team itself (players) is becoming more of a family now. Now if we could just get the coaches to work together this team can get back on track.
  22. That's a different story, i can't really say one way or another on that. I would hope one of our coaches, a grown man, a role model, would set that kind of an example for these young men. When the going gets tough, drop out?? Not a very good example.
  23. Just rumors.... I talked to him tonight.
