i havent been to the hillwood field in a while but the bellevue field isnt too bad after all father ryan played there for a few years

hillwood durng their winning seasons won of pure talent from the '05 seniors and 06 seniors now that they are gone hillwood will go back to have 30 or less people on the team and empty stadiums as it did for many years before they started winning, its sad but true, i know many people at hillwood wanted link gone for a very long time and they finally got it, hopefully the new coach will turn things around, but i dont think it will happen for atleast 3-5 years

riverdale will win because of inexperience of mccallie on o line and d line, mccallie's d will most likely have trouble stopping riverdales rush offense, and on offense for mccallie the will have to fill tight and end and fullback roles as well as a few on oline, dont think the mccallie line can block long enough for mccallie to use their speed in reggie poindexter conney and dozier, riverdale by 7

not all private school kids are rich, as example look at mccallie, $15000+ a year , you have to be pretty wealthy to pay that for four-seven years

hold up, it was not intended of being racist at all. yes, i know most other school in metro have gang problems, but the reason i can blame their problems for about the last 2-3 years primarily on bussing is because before they bussed in people, hillwood was a decent school and was about the same as 'boro, the reason the bussin is a problem is because of the tensions bewteen primarily mexicans and blacks, im not being racist but last year's biggest gang fight was bewteen those two groups, so instead of sending those people to schools where they dont have "enemies", you send them to a school where they would, it doesnt make much sense...

they are having alot of problems with gangs from what i have heard, which was caused by busing in people, before they bussed in people it wasnt nearly as bad. They had Rod Manuel a pretty big principle that seemed to keep things under control but he is at a middle school now, the school as a whole just seems to be wetting worse and worse and act and sat scores are a result of that, i believe hillwood and hillsboro were close for a while as highest act and sat scores for a nonmagnet metro school. maybe they should stop busing people in because alot more people moving in to the pasquo area and out in that direction beyond bellevue, i heard some talk about building a school in bellevue again but i dont know if there is any truth behind it...hopefully it will turn around but they aren't doing anything to turn it around

thats probably one of the dumbest thing i have ever heard, so are you just saying that only rich people who go to private schools should be allowed to play sports in high school, high school sports sends alot of people to college and definitely should stay in public schools

should be a great match-up especially the top 2 for each team, is the match still on for today despite the rain?

hillwood as a school seems to be going down the drain in pretty much all aspects of the school, maybe because of the busing in of people? Johnson wasnt a very good principle either but they seemed to do fine under him

give whitaker some credit, he won state in one of the hardest weigth classes in d2, all three of the tops kids would have placed in d1 and each one of them could have won this year in d2

i said that not to be mean or anything i dont think they compare with alot of teams recently, i just think it was really dumb to start this topic without even seeing the outcome of the state duals, kinda like what espn did with usc and usc got beat also

next saturaday will be intersting with d2 112 as the top 3 guys will wrestle. cash and whitaker start off and whitaker and singh may square off later in the finals. singh beat whiatker 14-9 sat. seeding will be at stake on sat.

do you think we will see the manson young match up, since will doesnt have much of a chance against a more powerful hussain and that tyler will get pinned against manson?

yea but with mccallie winning the past 8 in football , and this year mccallie and baylor being one two in the polls, i think wrestling means more but football matters more

yea i think mccallie will definitely will win 103 and 119, but heavy and 112 are swing matches
