Pretty sure Reed Hayes and O'ryen Scott are getting looks from Kentucky. Grant janeway is getting looks from Wofford and VMI. Will Adams is going to go to the next level at basketball.

When DB meets Maryville, this is the game where DB finally meets a good sound defense that will not let Swafford or Foreman bust for big ones. There's no tough defense in the big 8. And them not being able to pass it much will hurt against a team like Maryville. But I say they will definitely give them a game if/when they get there.

I agree with the pass rush. Mo west kept it coming all night against us. But Reed Hayes was just playing awesome. I say it could be SC's game if MW defense doesn't bring it.

I could probably almost guarantee we will hit just as hard as Boone, and we are just as strong as Boone. Except we have the speed also. Oh and I never once heard a coach say all I care about is my team being hard nosed and physical. Yeah that's about 25% of football, but not enough to get you wins everytime. And I'm sorry, is this the team that only beat VOLUNTEER by like ..8? I guarantee your little team couldn't compete with Mo West or even the Greenedevils. I love reading what you have to say, very intelligent posting. Unlike some guys on here who think there team is going to kill everybody no matter the circumstances. And yes, of course Science Hill is not going to take this game lightly. You think SC will let that happen? I say this game will be similar to the elizabethton game. Slow, boring and low scoring. Unless, Boone scouts the wrong player like last year and let's someone at the time unknown (Malik Mcgue) score on special teams more than once. Science Hills special teams have been a key factor in many games this year. Especially the pooch kickoff, that keeps working. I have my doubts, but I say SH 21 Boone 7
