Unforgettable

Went to the same CPA game, that dunk face Blackwell had was one of the best I've seen in HS basketball. They'd be tough to beat by anyone in the state again for the 3rd straight year. Much less district 9

Cheatham and White House game was a wild one. Cheatham is very flashy, but it seems as if defense is optional. White House never went away but Cheatham won by double digits after a big third quarter. I'm not sure Saunders missed in the first half. Kid can stroke!!! While it seems nobody in the district is in the same league as the Cubs, I do think they are beatable, but it would have to take a flawless effort from anyone in this district.

I apologize Mr. GOOBer, I guess reading all your posts about how CPA tried to get the kid I was expecting a lot more. Like I said, decent player; and will thrive in the district in the coming years, but wouldn't see a minute on the floor playing at CPA.

The reason the Bobcats got back into the game in the third quarter against Harpeth had very little to do with GB's big guy and more so having Young back into the game after being in foul trouble the entire first half. He started pouring 'em in in the 2nd half and never let up. Big kid is a decent player, but was hardly a difference maker in the game in which he was at least 6" taller than any other player on the floor.

What a game!! Greenbrier's guards took EXCELLENT care of the ball last night. This team seems to be making strides at the right time. I don't know how far it will carry them because of the toughness of the other district, but I will be rooting for them and the rest of district 9. Kudos to Peach and Holbert, they both played a great basketball game last night.

I got a chance to catch this game, and very glad I did. Greenbrier impressed me tonight even though Sprinfield isn't as good as ususal. Peach did play very well, but you couldn't give enough credit to the other guards who were setting up Peach all night . Number 4 and number 12 (names?) did a great j ob getting Peach shots along with number 15. They were able to find Peach in good spots all night and get him some great looks at the hoop. P.S. After watching White House and Sycamore play this year I really think Greenbrier has a good shot at finishing top three in this district. Juss saying
