No doubt Waverly is the best team in the district, but when Camden boys want to play together as a team they can be pretty tough. The have 6 seniors who have played together quite awhile. Will have to wait and see and hopefully when Waverly comes to Camden they dont shoot 80% No matter what they shoot Camden will need the AAA game.

Will Camden play Harpeth or creekwood. They both are 7-5 in district and went 1-1 against each other. I believe total points in both games give the edge to Harpeth. Anybody know, Thanks

Its like that every year on here, but hey don't question a coach on here or they will get really nasty.

I think everyone would be ok to eat at a local diner or fastfood. Camden travels more than anyone it this district and it sucks no matter where the district is played besides Waverly.

Last night at the Camden - Cheatham game, I have to give props to the refs. Someone asked me how the refs were, I had to think about it and said real good I dont remember them. Wish I could say that for most of the games. u

My critizism of coach T, does not mean I think he is a bad coach, he is a young coach who sometimes trys to manage the game by the clock and the clock only. Some of us on here, occassionally like to blow off some steam. Better to do it hear then make a scene with the program. If people took offense to my comments I apologize.

Camden will not beat any good team till coach Trammell figures out what game flow means and yes in big games you have to shrink your bench. Coach T thinks he has to subs players based on what time the clock say not how the game is flowing. I watch our team make three runs only to be cut short because the clock said "oh its time to sub". I have seen it all year. Camden is up 10-8 in first quarter, the game is flowing in Camden direction, but no the clock says 5:00 minute mark so we go with the 5:00 subs. We end the quarter down 24-16. Quarter two begins starters back in Camden makes a run cuts the lead to two, but wait the clock reads 4:30 I have to sub again, subs come in Camden goes into half down 11. Camden start the third quarter with the starters back they go down 14, but wait they go on a 10-0 run to cut the lead to 4 with 1:30 left in the quarter. The gym is rocking the electricity is at a high level and the team is pumped up, but wait coach T finds it a great time to make two subs again and Camden ends the third down 10. Well after that, the game got out of hand. You could just see the air go out of these kids and the building, except for the Waverly side. And let me just add the Waverly fan showed up in droves and represented their team great, props to them. Every good coach knows you do not disturb game flow i dont care what your sub chart says. Secondly you shorten your bench you play your best 5 players and you ride your horses. There are plenty of( A ) games Camden plays where everyone will get alot of playing time. In the big games you play to WIN, not to make sure everyone is happy with their playing time. I'm not saying we beat Waverly if Coach T stays in the flow of the game with his players (this is a great Waverly team) but I know this, Camden is there in the end win or lose.

Battle of the bridge tonight. Waverly is crossing the bridge to play Camden tonight, hoping for a good game and yes maybe even a upset of the tigers tonight. Lets go Lions

Camden beat Dresden 71-31 and they beat Clarksville northwest 61-55 today

Nice wins for Waverly this weekend, should be exciting district this year.

Camden is the real deal, Im not predicting a district championship because the top of this league is tough, but you are right they will surprise a few teams this year. This team is better than last year team and they are deep. Should be a fun year.

Glad to see Camden big guy Tanner Hudson was cleared to play this Thursday night. The boys played great going 3-1 avg 80 points, without Tanner, with him back this team will make some noise.

I feel Camden should be better next year than this year. Yeah they lose Culp, and he is a good shooter but not a great decision maker. They lose their speed, but along with that they lose about 70% of their turnovers. Im looking foreword to a half court offense where they actually move the ball inside and out. They bring back both their starting big guys Tanner Hudson along with the small forward Luke Spencer. Brandon Weed will take over the point where he is very good a distributing the ball. I like the look of this team, but only time will tell.

Camden try to play man to man most of the night and it cost them a WIN. I know you said you hate zone coach and that you would never play one, but tonight it cost you and your team a WIN.

My prediction of the game was wrong on Camden but not my theory. Coach refused to play zone against this team and it cost them a WIN.
