Pass defense really has to show out this week for the Lions... They had a sloppy game last week, so I think they'll be sharper this week, especially since the Hodge brothers have something to do with it. Offense also may have to show that they can do more than run the ball. That'll come in handy in the post-season Go Lions!

Clarksville had a bit of a sloppy game this past week in their win despite what the scoreboard says. Houston County is a much improved team this year from the past. Should be very interesting. CA does have a good team, but last game was trying to bounce back from the bad loss the week before. HC isn't the whipping post they used to be... CA better be ready for a war. I say CA wins this one, but in a close fashion. CA - 21 HC - 14

I don't think he hype is getting too big in Dresden, it is more excitement than anything. We learned that to get too confident too soon is a very bad thing as Huntingdon showed everyone last year in the playoffs... One game at a time, like Dresden has done all year, excluding Bruceton, is the way to win championships. Hopefully they keep that mindset. Every game is important to those Lions. Don't take the big talk as an overlooking of y'all, because trust me, that's not the case.

Don't count on it, 200 is pretty extreme, especially for our D coordinator. He's kind of a genius. As I am sure #22 is a good player, Crazy Hodge will probably be keying him all week. As for Raymer, he can take 500 hits and keep going. No punishing this kid, mainly because he actually loves it. Good luck and I pray for injury free play for both teams. Should be a great game. This has been a pretty good year for the CA cougars and not much has been said on here concerning their recent success even in the past few years. Hopefully the boys will bounce back after a pretty ugly loss to Portland last week. Though they were a 5A school, its adversity. Can they win this season out and win district for a second year in a row? C'mon CA fans, give some opinions. Others, of course, are also welcome to put in your two cents.

Any thoughts on this game? Should be interesting with Dresden coming off of a tough win against Bruceton...

Lions are rolling this year, but we have got to stay humble or any upset is possible. I pray thats not the case this week but like dtownfan364 said, every game is important. Halls, a big underdog three years ago, kept the lions out of the playoffs by pulling off an upset. Take it one week at a time. Worry about Bruceton NOW. Union City is the focus next week...
