When will Stewart's Creek be selecting and announcing their coach?

MJ didn't score a run until the 8th inning and Oakland was on pitcher 3. Riverdale should be good because of their pitching. Oakland should be good because they appear to have the most talent top to bottom. Siegal will likely be good again because of their coaching and they have some players. Blackman has some guys that can beat you. Smyrna, same thing. Haven't heard much about LaVergne this year. It's going to be interesting to say the least.

Going through the 7AAA thread, it's interesting to look at the predictions and how the district has worked out. Riverdale is the class of the league. Oakland is the only team, with one series remaining, that mathmatically has a chance to tie Riverdale (though not likely to happen). That was not predicted by anyone. I have only heard about rumblings from one parent at Oakland. The player could transfer at some point. This would hurt Oakland's pitching depth in the future. Like southpaw stated earlier, there are grumbling parents on every team. Hawks has gotten a lot out of this team. Certainly not a great hitting team, but their pitching has been solid. If Oakland ends up getting swept by Riverdale, the winner of the Smyrna and Siegel series would tie or even take second place all alone if they sweep. Not sure if being in second affects byes in the district tournament? Going into the district tournament, Riverdale is the favorite. Second is up for grabs. I think that any of the teams have a shot. Not sure that Lavergne has the pitching depth to advance. Blackman needs to get on track. Martin is one of the better pitchers in the district, but hitting has not been consistent. Siegel is solid. Schultz can keep teams off the scoreboard. Smyrna may be the second most talented team. Good pitching, ability to hit the ball; especially at the top of their order. Oakland has surprised many. It is going to be a lot of fun.
