Trousdale County and Friendship have been longtime rivals in Division I football, but Yellow Jackets coach Kevin Creasy hopes the schools continue to play in the regular season.
"I've got a lot of respect for Friendship because they recognize the advantages that they have over the people that have been in their region," Creasy said. "I think it's a huge statement that they're making that they do have an advantage over public schools. There are very few boundaries for which they can take a kid in whereas we're the smallest county in the state."
The statement that TC is the smallest county in the state is the only smart thing this Satterfield puppet had to say. Can anyone tell me how the smallest county in the state with the largest unemployment rate can get people to move there from Chicago or get Gallatin throwaways that get their address mysteriously changed? The public private threads and the FC/TC threads have so much crap from private school haters that you cannot see how hypocritical you are all being. To say that TC does not recruit is crap. Kids on work study at Friendship cannot and do not play athletics.....period. The only thing this move to D2 does is allow kids that cannot afford a full tuition the opportunity to play sports. Its obviously not about the money or gates because the typical D2 school does not travel as well as the public schools.
And by the way Creasy, you are a fool if you think anyone at FCS thinks you respect us. They don't want any tongue in cheek respect from you. Don't want it....Don't need it.
