Giles county is a great team year in and year out and I have great respect for there coaches but there still a bunch of pricks. I can still remember when I played at Page and when we played them in the regular season in 2007 when they played us at Page and they were running play action with 2 minutes left up 35-14. Then in 2008 trying an onside kick when they were 2 touchdowns with a minute left in the game trying to run the score up again. Then there assistant coach punched our player in the chest and told him how did you like getting your a** kicked. Then we come to up there for the playoff game and they made our locker room smell like rotten manure. Dont know if they did the smell part but they still have no class what so ever. It was all worth it when we whooped yall on Thursday Night Lights. Looking forward to getting the chance to shut yall up again this year cuz Im still a huge Page fan and love to see us beat teams like yall.

Same here. Sounds like y'all are gonna have a good team next year also so I'm looking forward to anoter game like last year. I'm just glad I'm not the only one who doesn't play football anymore that still cares about there team.

The starting quarterback is back as a Junior. The two leading recievers from last year number 10 and 16 are back as seniors. Another great player will be a kid you may remember hearing about who came here from Mt. Juliet after he was told he had cut off his Mohawk if he wanted to play there. He kept the haircut and came here. He will be at receiver and free safety and will be the best player on the team this year. Other then a little trouble on the offensive and defensive line we should be a better team then last year.

If you were at the Hickman Page game last year then you remember when Page got robbed. 2 touchdowns called back on terrible calls. Otherwise Page wins the game. Looking forward to when you come to Page this year and we get even and get a win this time.

For all of you who wonder about Page, they are looking like there gonna be even better now. Jason Eubanks is gonna be brought in as offensive coordinator and the new defensive coordinator will be introduced soon. Dont know who that is but it should also be a big hire. Page already has a good team coming back and now with good coaches its looking like it could be a good season for the Pats!

do you know what specific coaches are going to spring hill from page? Just curious because Im a former page player.

Well I didn't realize that about your spring scrimmages, y'all do sound like a pretty strong team then. Y'all had some good players last year I just didn't know what grades all of them were so I wasn't sure what to expect. I also do agree with the Marshall comments I've never been a big fan myself either haha.

Well seeing as not only I played for 4 years at Page and Ive been going to page games since I could walk I think I know a little bit. I do the best I can seeing as I dont know much about Lewis County or some of these schools that I only see when they play page. Also Lewis County specifically hasn't done a whole lot to deserve recognition anyway. In the 3 years you've been in the district, outside of the impressive win over Giles this past year and a couple of fluke wins over Page in the past 2 years and finally getting past the first round in the playoffs last year that's it. So looking forward to when yall come up here on September 21st. It will be a fun game. Go Pats!!

I think it's a toss up between Giles and Fairview on who wins the district. Both bring back a lot of talent and will be good teams next year. Page had a good spring and are gonna make some great additions to the new coaching staff soon. They step up and finish third. Marshall and Lewis will be improved also so they might be there as well. I hope spring hill is better this year as well cuz it's tough not to see them up there as well. My preditctions 1. Fairview 2. Giles 3. Page 4. Marshall 5. Lewis 6. Spring Hill 7. Summit 8. Coach Boones first move he needs to make is get Coach Polk back as the offensive coordinator, didnt play for the guy but was in the stands for many of the games and know him personally. The guy can coach and would be a great person to bring back. If he can also get a good defensive coordinator then they will get this thing rolling. Cant wait to see what shakes out Go Patriots!!

Also Nashcat if it is a current assistant it would probably be coach Rathboone. He has been on the staff for a few years now and has been waiting his turn. I definitely think he could step in and be successful if he could get the right assistants around him, I just dont know if that would happen with the pricipal.

First off having played for Coach Herzog and following the team closely last season it became more and more obvious that he had things going in the right direction and its a shame he wont be there anymore. I think they can find a good replacement from the group of assistants and keep things going in the right direction just not as much without Herzog. It is however not a coaches graveyard and you can get this program on top just like in the 90s. It just may not happen anytime soon with the principal problems. Maybe we see the return of some former coaches who were very successful here at one time, that would be great. I just hope for the best for this program. Go Patriots!
