Are any of the TN high school female wrestlers going to any of the national tournaments this year? I am going to USA folkstyle in OK. Bodybar in FL. And USA freestyle in Fargo....I might try and fit in the USGWA in Mich. also but I am going to the others for sure! I would like to get a chance to wrestle some of the TN girls... I was going to come up for a tournament there last month but we had a match that weekend. We are trying to get a team together to wrestle in the dual they are having after the folkstyle tournament in OK but I think we only have 5 going.

I know that a couple of my friends and I are going to make the drive from NC to watch the Womens College National Championships on that Saturday. can't wait

Can female wrestlers from other states come and wrestle? or is it a in state tournament?

There is a all girls pre-season tournament being held in NC called the "Queen of the Mat" on OCT 27th. There is a female wrestler and national champion here that has never lost to another female wrestler....Not me but one of my good friends she is a 132/138 we would love for some of the TN girls to come this way before the season starts and get some mat time. I know we have at least 6 All-American wrestlers in NC that will be there from 106-138. I will come back and post more about it when I get more info.

I am going to be in Nashville on July 18-July28 and I was wondering if there are any teams that will be having any open mats during that time...I would like to come roll if there are! 10 days is too long to not be on the mat!

Is that Union Co. near Dyer Co.? I lived in Dyer Co. The first 3 years of my life until I moved to North Carolina

If my high school team does not have anything on date Iwould love to come wrestle in it! That time of the season my team is pretty busy and I am the starting 113 on our team! But I hope I will be free to come wrestle...The only time I get to wrestle other female wrestlers in during the off season at Fargo and USGWA state and national events! Laken J

How many all girls teams are there in TN? Do they have their own state championship? I live in NC and we do not have any all girls teams and I was just interested. If there are any all girls pre-season tournaments that you guys run across let me know I would like to come and wrestle in them. Thanks Laken J
