We're still trying to get over the hump. Haven't quite made it there with you guys yet. We should be pretty strong in bball next 3 years. Not sure about fball, we lost a lot of linemen. I realize I've just set myself up for someone to make me feel better by saying"don't worry, you guys can just recruit some more". But it doesn't really work that way. But I know several we're thinking it!!!.......

I've missed ol pujo. I'm sure we'll get along fine....as always. I'll be there, my son's on the team. Gotta root for them Rams! The game last year was probably the best atmosphere I've ever seen for a HS game.

We're not real good at slowing it down. I wouldn't necessarily call us a running team but we will push it if we can.

Well I had forgotten how much fun this could be. Haven't been on here since football season. Sorry 1st post was so short, I'll try to do better! I would think that we'll have to have one of our best showings to win tomorrow. We had Meigs beat but completely fell apart in the fourth qtr. we'll have to show up all 4 qtrs for sure.

That is a novel concept; base an opinion on personal experience rather than regurgitating junk other people create. Kudos to you! I think you'll find we're not what some people on here portray us to be.

Not sure but I can't think of any negatives of a kid playing sports. Whether it's football, volleyball or whatever; lots of life lessons learned between the lines. I know there are a lot of good kids there. Not every one is 6'3" and can jump out of the gym either.

But it's not like we've won 3 straight championships, we're trying to get one! I know these small schools don't like playing us and I completely understand. First, sorry about digging up a year old post, I didn't see the date I was just reading through the thread. And I hope I didn't call you stupid, I just meant to say I thought what you were saying was. Poor choice of words on my part. Second, the reason for sending them really is to get a Christian based education. The smaller class size is a plus also. Third, I don't think my kids are any better than public school kids. When they went to public school I didn't think they were any worse either. I don't think they're sheltered because I don't see a separation between the two like you do. Kids at Christian schools misbehave just like all kids do. You're stereotyping big time. You're suggesting that just because private school kids walk into a Cristian school that they're Christians. If they walk into a garage, are they automobiles? Doesn't work that way. MY people didn't call you anything, I don't have people. It's as unfair for you to lump me in with someone who also supports GCA as it would be for me to lump someone in with you just because their kid goes to public school. I wouldn't automatically assume they thought irrationally.
