  1. I meant to say he doesn't play teams with a good secondary. Teams like clay county. Watertown. etc. He needs to be playing against other D1 athletes to see how he holds up.
  2. Hes a stand out Qb at the level he is playing at.
  3. A.J. is to good of a quarterback for the teams he plays against. It is all hype and I do not see him making it as a elite college qb. At this level I mean yeah he wouldnt want him as your QB. Hes athletic, a good o-line and does play teams with a great secondary.
  4. Could not have said it better myself. Tradition and records do not matter it is about what happens friday night. I hope both teams play well and honestly have no idea who is going to come off on top this game.
  5. We havn't played starters for more than 3 quarters all season. We could beat you with any one of our 9 running backs. We know how badly lebanon wants to beat Central. But I don't think the Central boys want to lose to such an awful program either. Shocking the world? How old are you?
  6. Good luck to yal smith co! Angel may be taking a break this weak and resting up his ankle. Twisted it up on his TD last week and is real swollen. Also, rather we are "Kitties" or a wildcat. Who gives a sh*!. We are going to the playoffs and the devils are just a small stepping stone to get there. Can't wait too see those points on their new scoreboard. Wilson co. may just give that jumbotron over to a team that can score like MJ or WC.
  7. Roundtree does not get to show off his talents against poor teams. They stick to the ground game. Expect 8 running backs to touch the ball and possibly score and only a few pases in the first half and. No passing in the second. I expect a lot more throwing next wk against an undefeated centenial team. One of those teams will be getting their first loss
  8. Got some die hard gallatin fans. Nice.
  9. Close games in the past but two different teams this year with an undefeated team and a winless team. Any score predictions? Ill say 52-12. Lebanons 12 comin i.n the 4th quarter
  10. Originally I had WC in the #3 position. After seeing Central's stats on the shelbyville game. Only allowed 40 yards rushing. 15-20 in the last 2 minutes of the game. Yes shelbyville had around 200 passing yards but Central's D made some changes only allowing 27 passing yards in the 2nd half. I believe they can contend with MJ and Beech now. We can give up 150-200 yds and 2 tds for Hurd and still possibly outscore them.
  11. Soooooooo. Gallatin or WC? for one of the top 3 positions?
  12. WC's offensive line,qb, and rb were 10th graders last year. Their top receiver Chris lee #15 was hurt last year. He is healthy this year. Also, a few transfer students along with 11th graders making a name for themselves. Preston Reed and kyle coombs. Have made this Central team strong this year. As for Mount Juliet they have several athletes from wilson co. Tough D and can run the ball over you. Lebanon will be down and no looking up with other teams being strong.
  13. WC(4-0) is the high scoring offense tonight. 51-26. Most of Centrals offense came on the ground tonight. 8 different running backs to touch the bal. Maybe 5-6 different running backs to score? Shelbyville had hardly any yards on the ground tonight. Ran the no huddle offense with the spread formation. Their star running back made some big plays as a receiver but their offense had nothing going for them in the 2nd half
  14. This is what I would guess also. Central needs to hold Shelbyville to under 100 yds rushing and not make any mistakes on special teams etc. Wildcats have a good chance of starting out 5-0. Just need to play well this Friday.
  15. Looks like we beat them in the air tonight. 230 yards passin for roundtree. Not much of a running game established on the ground tonight. Starters once again sat out the 4th quarter.
  16. I agree with this. Roundtree the QB does have the strongest arm in the district. He has protected the ball well and made big plays. If he has good protection tonight against Hville's strong D and the receivers make some big plays Central should have an easy win over Hville tonight.
  17. Keep us posted on the game! I'll be at the titans game. Couldn't get Vandy tickets...
  18. Commandos will have some benefits if it rains. May cut out Central's passing game. Central can pass on teams if they want. So it would be a very low scoring game if the field is in wet conditions. Regardless it may be a low scoring game. Central may have an advantage also if it rains. I'm hearing the quarterback is having lots of turnovers. I'm predicting 3-4 turnovers at least for hendersonville if it has rained.
  19. I agree with all that. I dont think many teams will be able to stop hurd until deep in the playoffs if that. Beech can also throw the ball well and a strong o line. Maybe central can pull off 1 or 2 wins of those games
  20. Ya i was referring to the past two years is what will drive them to win bc hville shut killed em. This year is opening up perfectly for central. Hope to see improve n all aspects
  21. I expect it to be packed. With mount juliet playing on Thursday and Lebanon's team being down a lot of people will want too see a good game. The past few years is what may drive central to win. Its the best start central has had in years and a totally different Hendersonville team. I see Central's defense getting them in close situations on offense by Hendersonville turnovers.etc. 28-17 Wildcats.
  22. Yeah Galatin needs this win over Lebanon, that way they can have a beaten a Wilson Co team this season! 21-14 Galatin
  23. Wilson Central(2-0) hosts their first home game of the season against Hendersonville(1-1). Real big game for both teams. Both defenses have shown to do well this season but does Hendersonville's lack of offense help central move to 3-0?
  24. 1. Beech 2. Mount juliet 3. Wilson central 4. Hendersonville 5. Station camp 6. Galatin 7. Portland 8. Lebanon
  25. The refs did look like they were struggling some last night. Looked confused where to spot balls after penalties on several occasions. On that play the cornerback with the interception looked like he had his right leg wrapped up by the receiver the ball was meant for. The safety was right there so he tossed it back as the refs called the play dead. There waa alot of room too work with and a td could very well of been scored
