ok ok uncle I give. Mason I was not trying to bash you or the lady choctaws, just gave my opinion on what i have seen. I really am a true lady choctaw fan, and have been one for 20+ years. Just wanted to fire you girls up and looks like I succeeded. Good to see all of your fans come to your teams defense. I do think this team has come a long way and if you do play like a team I look for you to be the sleeper of the district. This team does have what it takes, a great inside-outside game. So come on lady choctaws and play like i was hoping to fire you up to play. Thought that you gave a great effort against obion, would of liked to pulled the upset. Mason-don't get mad at me, get even and play hard on the court. Take your team to the big dance this year.

Powerset- It's obvious you haven't seen to many of Dyer County's games they have lost several games with selfish play, I know I have seen them. The fact still remains a senior has the ball with 6 seconds and chunks it up at midcourt when at that point when all the Lady Choctaws need at that time was a 2 to win the game. Mason gets at least one five second call a game because she doesn't want to give the ball up to her teammates. If coach Stafford had the guts she would pull some of those seniors and put some of those underclassmen out there and build her team for the future. It's obvious this group of seniors doesn't have much knowledge about basketball and winning.I'm routing for the Lady Choctaws but think the selfish play will do them in this year when it is district tourny time.

just wondering what the predictions are for the game this friday. does dc have a chance? i think they might if coach stafford can keep mason and fisk from being selfish. did anyone see lake county game. mason a senior gets ball with 16 seconds and shoots a 2 pointer -(worried about her stats - not game) dc needed a 3 to tie. thats not the worst of it, dc gets another chance on a lc missed free throw with 6 seconds - mason chunks up a shot a half court with at least 3 seconds left on clock. if dc don't over come selfish me ball- they will go home after first round of district.

I'm not suprised Lake Co. pulled an upset. Have you been to any of Dyer County's games lately? It doesn't take much to figure out how to beat this group. You have two girls in the startin five that is very selfish ball players. One Fisk. Two Mason. Can't blame it all on them. The Dyer Co. coach allows Fisk to throw up shots when she is nowhere near open. Mason is only concerned about her statistics, she will not play team ball. I have been at a few of the Dyer County games and have watched her take a ball in on a lay up with two girls guarding her and a girl be wide open on the outside and she never gives it up. Fisk is worried about her stats, also. When she scores she checks the scoreboard to see how many points she's scored. If I was a coach, which I don't claim to be and had shooters like Dyer County I would try to keep the ball in their hands more.
