Just making my prediction. The boys are looking good,, and I'm just hoping I get to watch a game as good as last years playoff game you guys played last year. How do you guys look as far as returning players?

I hate to sound like I'm taking away from Phillip but dekalb fans make it hard to when their constantly pretending their kids are better than ours. The scoreboard certainly didn't feel that way.

Ill tell you this, Tennessee tech was recruiting both. Brock was offered the full ride, not Phillips. Everyone who works Brock out can tell he has the arm. He just never has to show it. I promise you if you put Brock in the dekalb system he is just as if not more statistically impressive. The kid can throw the football, he's also as elusive as they come. Don't make false statements about him not getting recruited, their are schools interest in mccoin.

Defensive captain was put out for season against white house. But we seemed to get the job done without him. Besides that we're ready to roll

Yeah Lucas is decent, but was not more deserving of the spotlight then Hayes or mccoin. Sick of the dekalb hype.

I do hope dekalb gets it done. Dekalb is a very skilled team and I would love to see the re–match. Its hard to beat a team twice! As of now though we must focus on grainger!

You reallyneed to shut up. Mark gas plenty of talent. He's starting reciever, DB, punt and kick returner on a team that whipped your butt. He has plenty of talent, and did his job perfectly Friday night. Mullander and mark have history off the football field, they really dislike each other. Let that handle its self on the field, don't be downing mark. Because at the end of the game regardless of score, mark would be shaking hand and show some class. And then theirs mullander over there powting while everyone else on the team is shaking hands. Marks a step ahead on the field and in class

He plays with passion, intensity and fire. Nothing wrong with that. He's undersized and he knows that. That's why he makes up for it by wanting it more then anybody. Nobody has as much love for the game as mark does and you need to watch the way you talk about him. Don't get on here and disrespect kids that love the game because your upset because your team let you down. Everything you said is true, and I can agree to, but those same three will be attending another combine, a more official combine if you will. Those fourties will be lazered finishes, and I'm still betting Hayes runs in the 4.5's and mccoin in the 4.6's. Manning will be in the 4.6's as well. Your making a valid point but its not like I haven't seen the difference in lazered times and hand held times. In 2005 at the tssaa all state combine Wilson cates ran a 4.52 and that was hand held. Then he went to the official sparq combine in Atlanta, got lazered and clocked at 4.6 flat. I understand your point, but the times are very close to accurate and wont change much at the combine in a few weeks.

Will first round games be played this Friday? Or do teams get a week off?

Jerryrice, I believe he is a better passer. That Is my honest opinion. As far as the 4.5, that is not my opinion. That is a fact. An HONEST fact. Their were scouts their and the times recorded are legitimate. Brock was clocked at 4.54, creed Hayes at 4.51, and jalen Manning at 4.57. Those were the only 3 players in our district invited to the combine.

Mullander didn't run him down!! Mullandrr had the clear angle so Brock slowed down and made him look stupid. You people talk about Phillips mullander and Puckett like their Gods and that's their issue. Y'all schedule no tough non district games and end up pulling on scores and stats and start thinking your amazing. We truly have 4 or 5 defensive players that are head and shoulders above Puckett. And mullnder and mark winningham are very similar players but overall it looked like mark shut him down. I'm sick of hearing you guys talk about how fast mullander is!! Brock and creed both ran 4.5 fourty's at a pre season combine with the best players in the state being invited, what did mullander run at that combine? My bad he wasn't invited. And theirs a reason so shut up and quit hyping your kids up so much.
