  1. I think both sevier co and seymour will be tough this season.

    2013 BRAC

Welcome to the board spike, got any predictions for the brac?

You are very amusing graing. I type quick sometimes and pay very little attention to grammar. I would like to thank you for showing me an example of a run-on sentence in the above post. Now back to sports, lets move our post questions to top teams out of district one. What can district two's top teams see during region play?
  4. I think cumberland gap has the best chance to beat greeneville. I saw them a couple of times and they have the athletes to upset the green devils. Throw out their game with claiborne, county rival games will always be close.
  5. I have seen grainger in a few games, but would not say the team to beat in state tournament. They looked vulnerable in the chuckey doak game. When they play their A game, an opponent will have problems. The thing to remember is a few teams out there will be difficult to beat on their home floor during region and sectional games (elizabethton, fulton, cak).

Okay graing since your in college (which I really doubt) get us more information on what greeneville will have this season.

I would think that playing alot of young players caused some growing pains for grainger and west greene. On the flip side, both should see a vast improvement. I would take the future for both those teams over the others. The information I just got on claiborne shows same as always. Also, on cumberland gap pitching may be their issue.
  8. CoachC19, what is your prediction for the IMAC? Can district 2's best beat district 1's during region play?
  9. What can the fans and parents of morristown east expect from their new coach? They have been down the last few years and would really like to compete for district title against the likes of jeff co, seymour, sevier co, and cross town rival morristown west.

    Big 8

Okay Science Hill is the top team in the district. Who could surprise us by the end of the season?
  11. Well, hopefully both teams get their starting point guards back by the rematch. Then we will see which team can make some noise during their respective tournament games.

    2013 BRAC

I checked with a friend who has run travel tournaments over the years. He said that west greene has a few of the greeneville marlins players. They would be sophs now. Also said that grainger has 6 sophs that have played numerous travel tournaments for quite a while now. This competitive experience will pay dividends for both schools during the next few years. I can't find anything about claiborne or cumberland gap. If basketball and football are an indicator, south greene could possibly be bringing up the rear.
  13. The player must have a bona fide change of address to be eligible. It is very frustrating when you lose a player, especially to a rival.

    2013 BRAC

If graing is right, grainger high may have a tough team the next few years. But it will always be hard to knock of greeneville because of transfers.
  15. GreenPap, I enjoy your posts. You are not bashing anyone, just giving your opinion after watching some good district basketball. I am new to this and just like talking a little high school sports. I think the BRAC will be a dogfight, but for 2nd place only. I would enjoy an upset of Greeneville and make my prediction wrong.
