Yes goal line stand is a stretch but mc didnt play well and eagleville played decent their qb picked mc apart so kudos to him but he'd have to be john elway nxt week cause they aint running on gordy....but ill say no bias I was rooting for mc but good luck.to eagleville nxt week...my only argument is the penalty at the end...needless to say a penalty is a penalty but its like an unwritten rule in sports ex: in basketball a drive to the goal throw up a shot get hacked 90% of the time no call in.this case the MC boys didnt play well and shouldnt have had a chance to win but the fact remains is that they did and on the 4 yrd line and an illegal man down field with 0:00 left...they drove the 60 yrds down field to get there only to have it taken away on a "not game changing" ""potential"" penalty?? That is not sport...nor good for the spirit of sport ...sidenote...i dont care who u are no1 in 1A can stop #11 on mc 4 yrdsout with 3 chances to run up the gut and I believe 3rd down he got to goal line and they called a delay or hold I forget ...that backed em up then the now "infamous" flag no td play happened...they nvr shouldve evn had to throw...but anyways rant over good luck eagleville

Lol im not from MC and the illegal rec was a bunch of crap and then to top it off the nxt play the boy looked as if he had a foot in...plus the 1st "not td" wasnt a flag in sight till eagleville coaches came waaaaay out on the field to argue and low n behold here comes a flag...mc deserved to lose by the way they played but not like that they earned that last Td and the zebras stole that one

Yes agreed everyone gets breaks in the game MC forced turnovers and yes both teams made penalties and luck is apart of it I was there on the missed snap 1st down run but the "extra" penalties seemed a bit absurd I mean the 1st half took forever it was penalty after penalty and MC only had the ball twice some nerves did play a roll but if u was there u know that some where what the heck kinda calls and that took some integrity with what was a slobberknocker down in the trenches game they let cascade play where MC had to overcome more im glad they won they deserved it more I feel and the refs get a D for a grade just glad it didnt ruin the game for MC like it did for the fans at times...good game both teams are good but the TO's for cascade where earned by the MC defense where some flags werent earned by cascade or deserved by MC thats my point...

Minus the silly penalties moore county would've won by three scores and not bias I was there and not from MC but some of the "silly" penalties are pointed @ the refs it legit seemed as if some greater power didnt want MC to score again whether it was the TD run or or a 3rd down conversion a big play that doesnt get called back and 1st down becomes 1st and 25 real quik w/ a holding + false start it was insane luckily whatever greater power it was didnt prevail and MC won because it wouldve been a shame 4 the penalties to dictate the game that much when I felt it was a bit 1 sided as far as "questionable" penalties go...
