Well well Coacht? Its been a full year since i've been on here, i told myself i wouldn't come back home until the "SPRINGFIELD vs. clarksville game. What an interesting quote to reply to. I can't say too much about SPRINGFIELD right now but i can say that SPRINGFIELD is not soft. SPRINGFIELD never has been soft & SPRINGFIELD will never be soft. Its the last game of the season and clarksville is already in the playoffs. I know for a fact SPRINGFIELD will not lay down and let clarksville run over them. Its gonna be a game played to the last second it wont be a walk in the park. SPRINGFIELD's D-fense comes out hittin hard but coachin will take over at the end clarksville may win this in the fourth quarter but this will b a dogg fight. J. Exactly, Hillsboro has an athlete in almost every position especially on the defense. When they stop dowlen, and the option that comes with clarksville's offense, they will try to go to the air and those cornerbacks from hillsboro will gladly take one of Taylor's (CHS's Q.B.) passes clean out of the air just like Springfield's Linebacker Jonathan Utley did. As for Hillsboro's offense...... I'll just say Good Luck clarksville.

Springfield did play in week 0, they played cheatham county in the clarksville high school jamboree. If you dont mind me asking. how could not playing in week 0 effect them in week 7?

You're right Springfield is looking good right now, but i dont think they have played anyone yet. Keep in mind that this is not the same Hunters Lane High School Football Team from last year they have really opened up their passing game this year. They also have alot of speed as usual. I don't think the speed will be a problem for Springfield though, because Springfield has alot of speed as well. If Hunters Lane wants to cause a problem with Springfield, they'll have to do it in the air, and i think thats what their going to do. But I think Springfield goes 5-0 after a very good game between both schools....GO JACKETS!!!

i dont think that sycamore is that good springfield beat them tuesday night 2-1 at there place.... they didnt impress me that much at all their first pitcher threw pretty hard but he is VERY wild but i dont know they could have been missing players...

catsball1 thats so stupid to say something like that..."Glad you can spell something right"... Everybody can't be like you, and sit around and try to remember how to spell everybody's last name, we do have lives to live, also i do remember GREER stepping up to the plate to redeem hisself infront of his "Homecoming Crowd" wow what 6'6 & up basketball player backs off to just let someone dunk...ok didn't think so. I find it very funny that SF had to dog GB out twice before we even got a little respect, all i have to say is i bet GB won't schedule SF for another homecoming for a long time. P.S. SHS isn't a bunch of classless punks and for you to say something like that is not very classy at all because you really can't judge a person by what he types or misspelles on these posts because i'm pretty sure everyone's mind moves faster than their fingers or atleast i hope so so that's that. 2. Well I am the only 3yr starter on SHS's Basketball team thats a junior and I hated losing to Greenbriar, who likes losing...and on top of that who likes losin to their county rival...(shhhh...crickets chirping) i didn't think so. So why would you call Coach Darden bitter?? Again springfield has 11 players we had to add another during the course of the season springfield did not run the score up at all the first time, we were running our plays and scoring so you gone call that classless?? what do you wan't me to do pick the ball up and hold it for 2 whole quarters and stall like David Lipscome or somebody then you would say "Springfield was scared to play the second half and wouldn't give GHS a chance to play" right or wrong??? so i would appreciate it if you would quit sayin we ran the score up on ya. ALL I have to say about the game on the 14th is...Good luck... And if the refs run by your bench and say "Happy Valentines Day", don't take it personal and be on CoachT the next day talking about it

ok, well i'm sure there is no hard feelings after that game and i really dont think that there is a big difference between the first 5 and the second 5 and like i said before springfield did have their second 5 in at the end of ther game so... thats that AND yes i pretty sure the game will be different at greenbriar because its the last game on SF's list. ok, yes the kid should've gotten a technical which he did by the way but the slashing of the throat is not a threatning sign of killing or hurting someone, it is a simple jesture of letting the crowd know that the game is over or the game isn't anything (as in a piece of cake). I think that everyone in the gym know that the game was over, so i don't think that any player would have been snatched out of the game by neither the refs or coach. I aslo don't think there is a reason to be name calling either (most classless) i don't even think thats a word. From what i heard SPRINGFIELD's team only has 10 players and he rotates them in 5 at a time every 2min and the starters didn't finish the game either.I don't think that had anything to do with class it just seems like catsball1 is upset because SPRINGFIELD bea their county rival springfield by 30, TILL NEXT TIME

Ok Mr. Siegel, #11(Jarrell Hilliard) was the only one that actually showed up and let every one know that he was there to work, but you had to see that springfield had a TERRIBLE game against you all. When Springfield has their mind right, all 11 on the field play like #11 on the field at Siegle so you tell me what you think. Springfield know now that you can't go by what people say (example#1 Springfield should do such and such because they have experience) and I'm pretty sure they know what they have to do after that horrible performance on friday so look foe THE NEW AND IMPROVED YELLOW JACKETS,

I think this game will end up on how Springfield's outside-defense plays, because Hume-Fogg is a very good shooting team and if they are goin to beat Springfield they'll have to beat them at the perimeter. Springfield has to keep in mind that they were takin into overtime in the last game when they met AT SPRINGFIELD. But i'm takin Springfield in this one! Hands Down

Of course it's anybody's game but keep in mind springfield had a bad first half and went into halftime down by 17 and came back out and outplayed greenbrier in the second half, While on the other hand Springfield played MLK the whole game and came up short 4pts. YOU DO THE MATH! MLK wins by 10 thumb
